   Booked in for both my dogs to have their haircut. Paid the £80.00 (£40.00 each) upfront and then cancelled the original date. Rebooked. Then never turned up. Kept my money and still not had contact or received it back. Do not trust this company or book with them. Shambles.

   Took our nervous’ish Labrador Brie here for the first time yesterday….. she came out looking and smelling great and you could tell by her behaviour she has been extremely well looked after. 5 star service!

   Happily rescheduled an appointment for us - brought our husky puppy here earlier today and he came out looking and smelling beautiful. The little bandana they gave him was a welcome and adorable touch as well. Good communication via email and phone. We're very pleased and will be back, thank you for making our puppys first groom a positive experience.
