   We used these kennels over Christmas while we were away on holiday, and we couldn’t have been happier. Our dogs, Buddy and Hazel, were very well cared for and looked after. The process was smooth and efficient and when we booked, we were given the chance to see the facilities and ask any questions, which really helped ease nerves. I was initially anxious about leaving the dogs in kennels, but it quickly became clear there was nothing to worry about. The staff knew the dogs individually, which was lovely as it isn’t an huge kennel and they even came home with a little Christmas treat bag! Buddy and Hazel had never stayed in kennels before, and my previous experience with another local kennel left me feeling uneasy to begin with but here I had complete peace of mind and had no reason to worry what so ever I will definitely use them again. The staff are genuinely fantastic, caring animal lovers and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Katie & Alex x

   1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointed After Years of Loyalty I’ve used this kennel for many years with my late dog and always trusted them. After his passing, I hadn’t been back for over a year, but naturally thought this would be the best place for our new puppy. Unfortunately, the service and attitude we received were appalling. Two weeks ago, my parents tried to take our new puppy there and simply needed to amend the booking by shortening it by 24 hours. Instead of accommodating such a small change, they kicked up a huge fuss. We also had to cancel a future booking because my travel plans fell through, meaning I’d be home to look after my dog myself. Again, instead of understanding that life happens, they brought up a cancellation from 2023—two years ago! If flexibility is such an issue for them, they should take a deposit like every other professional business. We even offered to pay for all the cancellations, yet they still refused. The final straw? They point-blank refused to take my puppy on my daughter’s 1st birthday, completely ruining the occasion for us. After years of loyalty, this is how we were treated. Imagine my parents ready to travel to their only grandchilds birthday and then having a panic about what to do with the puppy. So insensitive and inhumane. They will not be able to understand the level of stress and anxiety they put upon our family, only when it happens to them they'll realise. I will not be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone expecting compassion, professionalism, or basic customer service

   We've used this kennels before and not had any issues. However this time around (August 2025) was a complete nightmare. The staff were rude and abrupt from the start. Tried to charge me for an extra day when they got the date wrong on when I would be dropping off my dogs then told me 'They havent plucked the date out of thin air' My dogs came home a complete state. Soaked to the bone, matted, bits of twig and branch in their coats. I would never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone.

   Really reliable and kind kennels. Nice to have it as part of the riding stables. My dog knows exactly where he’s going as soon as we drive down the track to the stables. He can’t wait.

   Left my 4 dogs at Goodview for the first time this past weekend. They came back contented and happy, and clearly well looked-after. The kennels were immaculate and the dogs' safety here is absolutely paramount; no silly "play dates" or off-leash "socialization". A kind and responsible kennel that really cares about the dogs in its care. Highly recommend!
