Stayed at Orpington Premier Inn over Xmas and was very impressed. The team were very helpful and friendly. Food was great and they catered for all our family who joined us at breakfast which was lovely.

I had planned to host a meeting at the Premier Inn Orpington but was disappointed to find, once again, that the restaurant area was not properly lit. Given that this is winter and it gets dark early, the space was effectively pitch black, which made the environment feel unwelcoming and inappropriate for a professional meeting. Seeing someone working at a computer in near darkness, along with several children sitting in the area, raised concerns around safety and general standards. Adequate lighting should be a basic expectation, particularly in shared public spaces. Unfortunately, this experience meant I could not proceed with my plans. Based on this, I would recommend considering the Bromley location instead, which has consistently provided a more suitable and comfortable environment.

Didn't actually stay. We had a personal crisis and the staff were very supportive. The lounge dining area was very clean with good. decoration. Staff exceptional. I surmise the rest of the establishment was of similar quality.

Good budget hotel, clean hotel and rooms, very friendly staff. Good location, Sainsbury and local shops nearby. Note that parking is a bit far of around 5 mins walk at Walnuts parking. Need to get the ticket at barrier, punch it to reception to have the discount applied, 5.30 pm to 9.30 am is free and need to pay whatever extra hours. There are two machines, the smaller does not give right amount, rather use the bigger machine on your right side which works correctly. There is also a help button to call Premier in receptionist incase it does not give the right amount, and they will sort it.

People were friendly and welcoming and answered every question we had. The room was clean, and the shower was hot. The hair dryer is bad bring your own and make sure to bring a laptop or something because it's free view TV. I feel like one pillow isn't enough should be 2 on every bed. And no windows open is a negative but good air flow with ventilation. I'd recommend anyone to stay just don't eat the breakfast I'm in so much pain writing this review u have no idea

Room was fine, but had to take my breakfast off the room as no gluten-free and no butter - not good enough, considering the breakfast is £7.50. Disappointing as a result.

On our visit the staff I thought were excellent, helpful and polite. The breakfasts were lovely, the only minus points were the internet was dreadful and the room was uncomfortably warm with broken buttons on our air con controller which wouldn't go below 19 degrees and kept switching itself off resulting in a very sweaty night. That said the room was well appointed.
