“I cannot rate Longcroft high enough! Daisy is an absolute dream person to leave your furry friends with while you are away. She is so nice and easy to deal with and the service she provides is fantastic. We had regular pictures and updates on how our two were doing while we were away, which is so reassuring. We have two young, indoor cats who had never been away from home before. So were a bit worried about how they would adapt but we need not have worried! Daisy won them over in no time and they had a lovely holiday, while we had peace of mind to enjoy ours.”

Bishop Estate puts customer first based on my experience with them over the years and especially with the recent management style where they split their charges into two to ensures the landlord earns some money at the end of the month instead of taking their fees outrightly and at once but are considerate of the landlord and also manages situation with the tenant very well as related to handling and fixing issues. The place is meticulously warm, with clean rooms , bathroom and the facilities readily available plus Great break fast . But the highlight for the staff was the Manager of the place , Patricia who was described as extremely helpful, caring and understanding.”

Was blown away with the mixed doner and halloumi kebabs. Serving size, flavour, freshness, and choices of salads all top tier. Even the chips were good!”

Sophie will do her best to accommodate the style/groom you want as best she can whilst still keeping the dogs best interest at the core of the groom. Being mobile means no trips on public transport for us and I can know a cup of tea knowing my girl is safe just outside my door. Very friendly and professional service.”
