   Where do I start. This place is no suitable for anything. Not even gonna complain about the service at the start. It is utterly disgusting. There was public hair on the towels, cum stains on the chair and to top it off a cockroach was found at which I left the property. On informing them I was leaving they replied very non chalant "oh".

   Very interesting old pub with beams and low ceilings. Room comfortable and modernly decorated. Strangely most rooms have nowhere to hang any clothes. Staff friendly and helpful, and they serve a great pint of Guinness!

   Rooms are okay size...building is 400 years old original Oak beams...door ways tiny mind your head...facilities pool table rooms...hall for hire with bar. The rooms windows aren't double glazed so you will hear alot of noise from the street. Cost of the room price wise is okay.

   Stayed at the Pavilion hotel lovely friendly staff, lovely bar area with lovely friendly customers. Being the coldest night of the year outside the room was lovely and warm and the cleanliness of the room with fantastic, had a brilliant, night will be staying again

   The room was rotten. Paint peeling off the wall hole in the wall dirt up the walls. microwave inside like babies nappy. Hole in the bathroom window. So they put a bit of film over it. Hair in the bathroom. Shower screen I don't think it's been cleaned in a long time. Hole in the wall. Windows did not close properly so you can hear all the traffic on the main road. The fridge froze everything solid in there. Like I said on a previous review that got deleted. If this place burnt down it would cause £30 of damage. The room wasn't ready at 4pm when we got there so he offered us a free drink while he done the room. Done what I don't know.

   Excellent pub that serves a great pint of Guinness. Very nice decor inside and spotlessly clean. The manager Maurice is a real gentleman. I can't wait to go back.

   A mix of modern facilities with classic historical features, charming rooms which are well equipped and very cosy. The owner is very helpful and welcoming any questions or requests were promptly answered. There is an atmosphere on the inside that makes it feel like a proper home away from home I will definitely stay here again!
