Don’t be tricked by the advert. There is NO breakfast with this booking. It’s a scam. You get a voucher valued at 10 pounds that You Purchase for 7.50!! To spend at McDonalds or Costa! Rooms were ok but smelt very strongly of detergent. Tea cups very small with disgusting tasting Ted Yorkshire teabags. No spare blankets.
Basic room in a basic moterway service station hotel. Friendly desk staff. 30 yards from the moterway services for 24 hour shop and many food options. On the west bound side of the M25, so if you want to go east, say to sevenoaks, you have to drive 5 miles west first. Free parking.
We arrived late at night after a day of driving from France. There were drunk rowdy men in the parking lot, we weren’t willing to leave our moving van there or walk to the Inn which wasn’t very close. The manager wasn’t helpful in refunding, actually refused to. Had to fight to get a refund, when we felt unsafe staying here. She wasn’t concerned with our safety. I have no other information on the premises itself.
Stayed here in August for a trip to Hever Castle - stayed 2 nights and we were very happy with this hotel. Lovely comfortable bed, great grounds for people watching :), great location, such friendly and helpful staff, a credit to the company. We just felt totally relaxed and happy, as we really didnt know what to expect but it was perfect - Would definitely stay again - Fiona & Lee x
Heaven covered in a duvet..Really comfortable bed. Nice and high so easy to get in and out of. Clean rooms, including the kettle.....and then clipper tea bags , thankyou very much. Helpful staff member on reception . Plenty of parking, good food choice at the services. Plenty of space in rooms . Loads of towels. Extra pillows. Well done Days inn.
We were refused a room despite booking, due to the fact we brought a dog. They had no dog friendly hotels rooms left. However they was no way of adding a dog to booking!! They also could not guarantee that we would not be charged a cancellation fee!! Avoid bringing a dog. Not a dog friendly hotel chain. Bad hotel!!
Excellent night's sleep. Great reception staff. Very comfortable bed and en suite was clean with good shower pressure
After the flight was cancelled I found a last minute solution here in this Inn. Even if arriving late at night, the receptionist was really friendly and nice. She helped me with the luggage and showed me my room. The room was clean and well furnished. I stayed only for one night, but anyway I had a good staying.
Clean & tidy basic rooms. Given room next to the entrance and was woken up by what sounded like someone sanding or drilling most of the night. No one around to complain, reception still closed at 10am when we left.
Went for a pit stop for 2 nights, 1st night was a bit of getting used to but the 2nd was very pleasant experience, definitely useful for big groups and events such as weddings. They are a bit strict with noise levels, so keep your kids quiet if planning to come here. Reception staff are generous and the room was only £129.
