I accidently booked a special requirements room, well, no problem! I just dealt with it. The room was clean and large, breakfast was great. The shower could be cleaner and the soap dispensers a bit more easy to use (I can't imagine some people being able to use this from a wheelchair for ex).

Nice hotel situated in an ideal location, the rooms isolate almost all noise from the neighbouring motorway, are clean and spacious with a good sized tv. The neighbouring pub (part of the hotel) across the car park provided good food on the nights of my stay that I ate there, having 20% off food as a thanks for booking direct was a nice touch, I found drinks to be expensive £6-7 a pint depending on choice but maybe I’m just not used to London prices. Good sized car park with good lightning making me feel comfortable leaving my car there overnight, the breakfast in the mornings was good as well. Cleaning takes place on the second day of your stay if your staying for more then two days, despite the signs up saying every 3 days. Only feedback id really have would be to leave more tea and coffee in the rooms, two of each isn’t really enough, and the shower wasn’t anything to write home about.

We shared for five days, and there were things that were great (location, eco-friendliness, parking, dinner), things that were average (amenities, staff), and things that were pretty bad (breakfast, lack of linens for the trundle/pull out). Location was great for access to the trains and exploring by car, parking was ample and free, dinner at the restaurant/pub was consistently good, and I actually loved that you needed your key card to activate the power in your room. Staff seemed bewildered when we asked for sheets and a blanket for the pull out; they honestly seemed like they had no idea why we were asking or what we were asking for. Amenities were average. As suggested, the sofa bed was a big draw for us, but we couldn’t use it as no linens were provided and the desk didn’t have any or seems to know why we wanted some. Breakfast was pretty atrocious. It was supposed to be a choice of continental or cooked to order (as per the hotel website), but it was continental or a bad buffet. Everything on the buffet was dry and stale tasting. The continental was standard, but we were looking forward to having a hot breakfast close by. Thankfully, we didn’t prepay for that as we only had it once and chose never to go back for that. Overall, it was average. We don’t regret our choice of stay, but don’t know if we would be back.

The hotel is very basic, but saying that, it perfect in what it does at the price point. Rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel becomes quiet after 10pm. It’s the staff in the pub that make the place special. I was staying at the hotel with my elderly dad. Everyone we dealt with was so kind and considerate towards him, it made me very happy to see. Even the young man who served us at lunch one day was thoughtful and patient. Food is simple pub grub, done well, with huge portions. Some fresh fruit at breakfast might be nice

This was a last minute booking as the apartment we had arranged proved to be very bad. We were able to book two rooms for two night at a reasonable price. The staff was very helpful both at the hotel as well as at the restaurant the rooms were clean, well maintained and the beds were good. The parking was roomy and easy to register for. The only 'grievance' we had was the coffee but I have never had an British hotel with good coffee :-D. Overall a very good place to stay.

I stayed here for 2 nights in Dec 22. Rooms are quite large with all basic amenities provided for including air conditioner. A good hotel with 24 hour reception at a decent price outdoing nearby competitors like premier Inn Dartford.

Very fast check-in at night. Polite receptionist. The room is very neat and stylish. Comfortable big bed. Coffee and tea are included and are in the room as are an electric kettle and hair dryer. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was someone else's hair on the bathtub. When checking in, it is better to check the cleanliness of the room.

Location of the Hotel is very easy to find and access. Only 20 min to Greenwich by car. Hotel looks like totally new. A big and free parking area. A very nice restaurant next to the Hotel. Also there is a Coop right across the restaurant which is open until 10pm everyday. Hotel is very clean and roomy. Staff are very friendly. There is 24 hr reception. WiFi is free with very good connection. Everything was great at our stay. The hotel is fabulous for this price.

Was looking for an hotel for somewhere my friends can stay while their visiting. I Will not be using this hotel as From reading the reviews , they don't deal with any parking issues . Typical nice hotel , guest will drive to to stay and mistakes happen and can't be helped . But no responsibility to help forner guest with their problem. I admit I'm taking their issues on face value but I've had a similar problem in the past and the restaurant helped us Resolve the problem It's Just like some parking in London a while back private parking companies. Just not bothered with fairness just the extra revenue. And no means of communicating with anyone to resolve it.

Really enjoyable stay. Hotel met all our needs and even had allocated motorcycle parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's such a shame that the adjacent pub let's them down. Would stay here again.
