Really happy with everything with Bishop. I was under a lot of pressure from a lawyer to vacate my former abode, owned by my late mother (my home of 44 years) and was in a very emotional and anxious state when I first contacted them. I was made to feel very welcome in their office and Tessa helped so much to help alleviate the obvious worries I had as she allowed me plenty of time to explain my situation and talk me through my options. She has a very calming and kind aura, just what I needed at that time! Further communications with other staff to were a pleasure also and once I got settled into my accommodation I was just left to get on, but I knew they were there ready to help if I needed them. No problems with getting back my deposit either with the DPS after my 14 month tenancy after trying my best to ensure I left it clean and tidy on departure :)
I can’t recommend Bishop estate agents enough. They are always so helpful and efficient. On the odd occasion there has been a slight issue at my house Tessa or Gill have dealt with it immediately meaning I don’t have to suffer the stress . They are all extremely friendly and approachable and I actually like to pop in and see them for an odd chat when I am in the high street . If I need to email them then I always receive a reply from Tessa almost straight away even when it is out of hours . If you are thinking of renting out a property or looking to rent then they are the people to go to!!

Excellent customer service provision. Bishop Estate puts customer first based on my experience with them over the years and especially with the recent management style where they split their charges into two to ensures the landlord earns some money at the end of the month instead of taking their fees outrightly and at once but are considerate of the landlord and also manages situation with the tenant very well as related to handling and fixing issues. Not many agents will act this way. This is a plus and they deserve a 5 star.
I have to say dealing with Bishop estate agents was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Both Jill and Tessa were so easy to deal with and they really made the process of buying a house seamless with constant updates along the way. I will definitely be using them for any future sale/purchases.
