   This IS a review for prospective landlords. Please note Andrew reeves directs you to countrywide for property management. Check out countrywide and their reviews. Worst agency to fully manage your property if you are thinking on this. As per Andrew reeves we had a great experience With the letting process of our property With a special mention to Maise Who always answered all our questions and emails and was keeping us posted through out. Seeing this we through the management Will be a continuation of the work they did... But one year down the line feel countrywide has been a completely waste of money, energy and time...Will never recommend It. No negatives for Andrew reeves but be aware of countrywide. I wish they worked With other agency for property management.

   Chaotic and disorganised at best. Do not use this company. If you want a professional letting look elsewhere. Service levels fall way below expected standards. I have twice let my property with this company. The first time was seamless and the transaction swiftly expedited. The second time no one seemed to know what they were doing and I had three people calling and emailing me about the same things, wasting my time. There was clearly no communication between them. The team are very difficult to get hold of and I had to call other branches to get the local team to make contact with me. A lettings board was erected without my consent and six months later it is still in situ. Andrew Reeves have enjoyed six months of free advertising at my expense and refuse to acknowledge this.
