   It is with great disappointment that I write this review of Leafy Lettings, a company that has thoroughly failed to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism and decency in their dealings with tenants. My experience as a prompt and conscientious tenant in one of their properties has been marked by a consistent lack of responsiveness and an alarming disregard for tenant welfare. When I required assistance or support, I was met with silence—emails went unanswered, phone calls were ignored, and texts were left unread. This persistent unavailability was both frustrating and disheartening, especially considering the urgency of some of the issues raised. Conversely, when the matter concerned financial obligations on my part, Leafy Lettings displayed an uncanny efficiency in their follow-ups, demonstrating that their priorities lie solely in extracting payments rather than providing any semblance of customer care. The conduct of their staff further underscores the agency’s deeply ingrained indifference toward tenants. Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect are evidently foreign concepts to this organization, which seems entirely motivated by monetary gain at the expense of those who inhabit their properties. It is astonishing and deeply regrettable that a company operating in the UK's letting sector would display such blatant neglect and disregard. For anyone seeking a dependable and tenant-focused agency, I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Leafy Lettings exemplifies everything a letting agency should not be, and my experience with them has been nothing short of appalling.

   Being a tenant with Leafy Lettings was really a nice experience. Agency will be there to listen to our queries and quick to address it. of course we have experienced some issues with the electrical appliances in the home , but overall it was a smooth and convenient journey with them. 3. Evolve Limitlessly ★☆☆☆☆

   We rented with them for several years and they appeared to be nice at the beginning, promptly attending to some but not all issues raised. When we eventually purchased our own property and gave them very sufficient notice that we were vacating their property, all seemed well and we really looked after their property, never owed nor defaulted in monthly payments even throughout the waves of the pandemic. We gave them keys and they went all silent regarding our deposit. Refused to engage with us and hoping to make away with our deposit money. We’re going through the dispute process to recover our money currently. So beware anyone who has given or planning to give them some deposit. Be sure to get your deposit funds secured by the deposit scheme and keep all your records for the future. They’re going to try to not give you back your money. BEWARE!! And Avoid using this company to save yourself some trouble!!

   The Best Rental Agents we have ever dealt with! In particular, the amazing Maxine! She has totally restored our faith in property agents with her honesty, transparency and can do approach. She is caring and conscientious and over delivers. We had a couple of initial teething problems with our new home, which Maxine dealt with swiftly and in a totally professional manner. So we now have a great flat and one we hope we will stay in for a long time to come.    I'm an inventory clerk (not working for leaf lettings though!) so have dealt with many different agents throughout London over the last 8 years getting to hear feedback from tenants and seeing how various agents work. I rented a managed property through leaf lettings for close to 3 years and can wholeheartedly recommend them as great agents. Really pleasant and straightforward to deal with, they are decent friendly people who won't mess you around and will always get back to you when you report an issue and provide a solution within a good time frame. The contractors they sent out were always friendly and flexible and completed work to a good standard. Hope this helps someone make a decision!

   Leaf were our letting agents for around a year and we could not have asked for more. They were incredibly friendly throughout our property search and, whilst we were tenants, always responded promptly to questions and fixed any issues asap. When we had to move out early due to a job offer, they were really supportive during a very stressful time and went above and beyond to help us in finding replacement tenants. Having had a number of letting agents in London who just couldn't care less once the property was rented, these guys stood out and I'd definitely recommend them.
