   Bought a property through Langford Russell Orpington, and the experience has been good. Initially, Paul has been the lead contact with great communication and transparency and then the property dealings were transferred to Oliver. There were various delays not caused by the estate agent but by the vendor's solicitor from the beginning of the transaction. Significant delays were there but both Paul and Oliver played an active role to help the purchase completed.
