   STAY AWAY FROM 17 PARKSIDE AVENUE. Awful estate agents (apart from Maisie she was helpful, considerate and fourth-coming) signed a tenancy for a house that was quite literally falling down, 30 years of tar that has just been painted over rather than cleaned, leaking taps, walls in the bathroom that stink and no matter how much you try to clean them the smell comes back, black mould on the windows, leaking ceilings, rat traps under the kitchen floors, dirty kitchen that we tried to wrap in DC fix which made it look a lot better than it was, although the kitchen needed replaced due to to tar and grime build up on it. There was problem after problem so we decided to terminate the contract. We then had our check out to be charged £500 for “repairs” we moved into the house for around 2 weeks the rest of the tkme was spent living at our old flat due to needing to seal the walls of tar with a primer as the smell was terrible, causing headaches as it was so strong of smoke. I would avoid getting trapped in this terrible house, problem after problem.

   Fantastic service provided by Kenton (especially Kelly) throughout the whole process. We discussed the marketing strategy, pricing and likely timescale at the outset, all of which exceeded my expectations. A number of offers were received and all were discussed in detail and whilst I did not initially accept the highest offer, the best outcome was received utilising Kenton's vast experience in the area and market. I was kept updated with the sale on a very regular basis by Kelly and would highly recommend using Kenton.

   We brought our house 3 years ago, the experience was very good, so when it came to selling again we returned to Kenton Estate agents. We put our house on the market (internet) plus contact from their own customer base. We sold it the following Monday. Kelly handled all the viewings and at all times took on all our wishes when marketing the house. We could not believe that we had 3 offers on the Monday to consider. If Kelly was not in the office when we phoned the other staff were able to help. Can not fault the service as they are still keeping us updated with anything that's going on. James & Kathryn
