   they were amazing at the start, i accidentally missed one payment and my bank cancelled the direct debit as it kept being declined without me realising due to my adhd, i profusely apologised upon my realisation to which i was met with consistent cold remarks throughout every coversation. they belittled another customer for asking for a payment plan for a £500 procedure. definitely a classist group of people which is sad as i thought vets were supposed to be more understanding/caring. felt extremely belittled constantly by them.

   The best decision to join these guys with our 5 French bulldog rescues. We have sadly had the tough decision to put two of our beloved dogs to sleep. From start to finish the entire team have been fantastic sympathetic and respectful. They are always bubbly and happy to help. Fantastic vets

   This veterinary clinic is by far the best all Round! We have been here 2 years having tried others in the past and not being satisfied, this one ticked all the boxes! So much so that I needed to leave this review! Sadly the other day we lost our family house bunny, having rushed him to the vets which they accepted in a heartbeat, as important as any other emergency, but sadly he had already passed on my travel. The staff here were beyond supportive, welcoming and helpful in every single way. I was able to make a choice of what I wanted to do regarding his body and my children was able to say goodbye in the quiet room where they left as alone without feeling rushed. A lovely lady called Kizzy showed such support and sympathy to us all and helped me sort out the cremation (which we wanted) She was able to give me all the info in one ask and the transaction was smooth and easy with no hassle at all for me at all whilst she sorted it all out. She really made my child feel so supported and important, which I am so grateful to her for, as this special bunny was better then therapy for my kid and it has left them heartbroken. As sad as the whole experience was for us all this place showed sympathy and love, you can see how much they all care here! Another more mature lady was also fantastic, I wish I knew her name, but really they all was just so professional, yet gentle and supportive. I really want to thank them all for making the sad experience so much easier for me enabling the other family members to say goodbye and just being fantastic humans who clearly have love in their hearts. Thank you ALL.

   Just a wonderful veterinary clinic. I had one of the hardest days as a pet owner recently, i had to make the hard decision to get my hamster put to sleep. It was heartbreaking but the vets here are very compassionate and we received a lovely card in the post. A lovely gesture, Thank you St paul’s Veterinary clinic.
