Sarah did a great job with my Jack-a-poo puppy Tofu. She made sure he was comfortable. Sadly had to move away but if I had the choice I would absolutely bring Tofu back for more grooms!
So pleased to have found Sarah. Vera looks (and smells) amazing after her groom. As a rescue she isn’t very well socialised with other dogs so it’s great that Sarah has a one dog in, one dog out policy and you know your dog is always getting her full attention. Throughly recommend Sarah.
I called Sarah today as I took a rescue dog in that was in desperate need of a good clean and grooming. Sarah did an amazing job and I cannot thank her enough for sorting out this little dog. I will definitely go back to her in the future.
Took out 17 week old mini labradoodle for her first groom with Sarah! Sarah explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. I picked up our pup two hours later and what a transformation! Such a beautiful first groom and we are thrilled! THANK YOU SARAH!!!
I can’t recommend Sarah enough! Sarah was amazing with my rescue Yorkshire terrier(Charlie) who was mistreated before we rescued him (6/7 years ago), after the passing of my Dad who used to take Charlie to Trimdogs in Petts Wood, I looked for someone closer to where we live and I found Sarah. Charlie gets very nervous when meeting new people so I was nervous myself but once I returned to pick him up he was very very happy running round wagging his tail! He walked very happily all the way home and even ran round the house when we got home (he’s still happy now!). This is a massive difference from Trimdogs where he used to go and come home very nervously where he’d even poo/wee himself and then once home he’d sulk on his bed for the next 12 hours. Highly recommend taking your dog to Sarah if you are nervous about someone else handling your rescue(or pet).
I have used Sarah four times now since we got our rescue chow chow Beau ! When we got him he was in a terrible state ! His fur was so knotted and he was so dirty , we were worried about getting him groomed as he was frightened and poorly , we were recommended to Sarah and omg we could not of chose anyone better and will never go anywhere else , she was so gentle and patient and got every knot out that was pulling on him , she wanted to build his confidence and protect his fur and that she certainly has ! She is amazing and can’t thank her enough ! Beaus cut today is just stunning and he looks very happy ! Just amazing person !
