   I don’t think I have ever experienced such poor treatment in any part of my life. I went in with laryngitis and the inability to talk beyond a whisper. Pettswood pharmacy The middle aged, blonde ish over weight pharmacist with glasses actually laughed in my face and couldn’t stop laughing. She refused me any treatment. She checked no vitals even though it was clear I was in a very uncomfortable state. Needless to say I had to go to urgent care yesterday and I have a lung and ear infection now being treated with clarithromycin at a dose of 500mg twice per day. No vitals checked, not even temperature. Rude arrogant pharmacist who I never want to cross in my life again. Wondering why she chose a job to help people. The most arrogant lady I have ever had the mis pleasure to meet. Alicia.

   This is the second time I have gone in to have a 24 hour blood pressure monitor fitted. First time, they couldn’t do it as the usual pharmacist was off and the stand in, couldn’t do it. Second time, the machine was being serviced and hadn’t been returned. No phone call on either occasion to let me know and the excuse for that was they had been really busy doing flu injections! Honestly, I don’t think they know what busy is and actually, how long does it take to make a phone call!

   BEWARE, there is no permanent chemist at Paydens in Petts Wood. I opt to have my prescriptions sent to this chemist, but every single time I go to collect them, there is no chemist on site, and they are not allowed to give you your prescriptions without one. Lunchtime, between 1 - 2.00 pm there is no chemist as it is lunch hour. Today at 9.30 am there was no chemist on site and they were "hoping" one would turn up. Absolutely useless. Go elsewhere like I'm going to.

   I would give a zero if I could , even though the chemist was empty the staff were rude and had zero knowledge on private prescriptions. I had just got one from the shard it had my address on and was signed by doctor I firstly had to point out my address to her then the hospital as they clearly didn’t look. They then told me they do not accept them which is nonsense my doctors said they should as I was paying , they told me to go back up to london bridge which is ridiculous. Just so you know chemist do accept them another chemist in chislhurst was very helpful and done it no questions asked. Clearly the staff here need educating and better customer service

   The ladies in here are most helpful and go above and beyond in helping me everytime I visit. Louise is absolutely invaluable to me she has liased with my doctors surgery on more than one occasion. I literally only ever use this chemist because of the service I receive here.

   The ladies at Farrants are so welcoming and friendly but also a wealth of knowledge. My newborn is on formula prescription and I keep messing up the timings for the repeat prescriptions, but they always sort it out for me with smiles on their faces even though I;m causing unnecessary work for them. As someone new to the area, it's places like this that really make you feel welcomed and at home. Cannot recommend highly enough!
