   We recently purchased a kitchen from the Howdens Orpington branch, and we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we received from start to finish. Our kitchen designer, Ellis, was exceptional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The warehouse team and delivery drivers were equally impressive, providing friendly, efficient service that made everything run smoothly. But most of all, we want to give a special mention to the wonderful ladies in the reception/back office. Their warmth, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made our experience outstanding. They are a credit to the branch. Howdens, and especially the branch manager at Orpington, should be very proud of such a dedicated and hardworking team. Thank you again, Mr & Mrs Woolley (Sarah Curran)

   James Carpenter is an asset to Howdens in Orpington. We walked in today just before closing to pay for an invoice. James took the time check we had all the right items and went above and beyond to show us the texture of the doors we had ordered. Had he not have done that , I wouldn’t have been happy with the items I initially selected. He was so knowledgeable and experienced and has the most exceptional customer service. Even though it was just before closing , he didn’t rush us and maintained excellent customer service. I can’t wait to work with Howdens and James for the rest of my kitchen now. His level of experienced is second to none.

   Always a very good store, well stocked with knowledgeable staff. Howdens have a very good range of kitchens and accessories. Currently got a great sale on with offers and special events. Today they had delicious pie and mash for all thier customers!

   Absolutely pathetic. The lady who picked up our phone at orpington howdens just doesnt want to help at all and was incredibly unhelpful. Its almost like they have been tasked to do a job they hate to do. Pathetic is an understatement for these guys.

   I brought two kitchens from howdens Orpington. The items are extremely bad quality and are not able to use them after a couple of years. They get old extremely easily. When I ordered from howdens. The store is badly managed because the soft close door hinges were not sent to me I had to go and buy my own. Many of the panels and door were left out in the delivery and I had try get the items over the course of a couple months. When I initially ordered the kitchen and the staff did not come to measure it and this caused lots of problems for me down the line. DOT NOT BUY FROM HOWDENS. The oven has a side that’s stopped working and not properly able cook food. I was sent completely wrong items like the hob was completely wrong and not what I wanted and I had to buy from another howdens store. I was supposed to be sent a glass back drop for my hob and I had to use my floor tile instead because I couldn’t get hold of the back drop I wanted because when I used the hob as I didn’t have the glass backdrop the cardboard backdrop I have all around my kitchen caught fire so I used my floor tile instead. Extremely bad quality kitchens!!!
