   Hi everyone It's nice shop iam a builder so I go so many time there there is one lady she was really good with there customers she know every way ro get the things that customers want so it was really lovely to facing her in counter I will give her 5 of 5 stars ,but I given 1 star because of there one person that I faced him three time and all the time he was like so angry and talking with him self like he is using bed words to me .he is 50+ his name was (denis)or whatever He didn't know how to deal with customers I know he's old but for company that kind of people are not good

   Tina Way was absolutely brilliant helping me with a very last minute underfloor heating order. One of the items wasn't in stock but thanks to Tina's help she's been able to get our order in within 2 days which saves delays on our project. Tina went above and beyond to help, calling me back directly to check how we were getting on sourcing the product from other stores and in the end actually saved us money. Thank you Tina!

   I Have used Topps Tiles for various bits and pieces over the past few years. I find the staff extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind and can’t do enough for you. I have dealt with Shane at this branch before who is exceptionally good at what he does, he is diligent, guides you down the right path, knows the products inside out and is a credit to Topps Tiles. The tiles we have purchased arrived exactly when they were supposed too, in immaculate condition and look fabulous. We wouldn’t go anywhere else now, well done Topps.
