   We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Kutchenhaus. From the initial design meeting with Craig every step has been easy and stress free. Craig spend many hours with me making sure I was happy with the design and never once was I pressurised to place an order or pay a deposit. He was so very patient, took on board my comments and designed my dream kitchen. Everybody went above and beyond and were always on hand to answer any questions. Our kitchen arrived on time along with all the appliances thanks to Kates organisation. She also answered any questions about the delivery and warranty’s.Craig made sure to speak with our fitter about the plans etc making sure the fitter was familiar with everything before he started. We also had a few queries once underway and it was no trouble for someone to come along in person to take a look and advise. We are absolutely delighted with our kutchenhaus kitchen and have received many complementary comments from visitors. The quality of the units is superb and the attention to detail in the design process makes not only the kitchen look great but makes sure it suits our lifestyle and meets our brief. We choose our worktop through kutchenhaus at the same time, and are so pleased we did. The templating and fitting was all organised by them and the fitting is a first class job. A big thank you Craig, Kate Josh and everyone at Petts Wood show room for your hard work patience and organisation.. It was a real joy to work with you all. I thoroughly recommend Kutchenhaus.    Charlotte and the team have been nothing short of amazing in every aspect. From the initial consultation the design process was really straight forward. I gave her my rough idea on a piece of paper and she nailed the design first time. We are undergoing extensive building work and having gone to numerous kitchen showrooms we decided to go with Kutchen Haus. Charlotte visited the installers whilst on site to ensure they knew the process which the installers thought was a great touch. They were equally impressed with the design and lack of faults. We couldn't be happier with the result and quality of the kitchen/components. We've had a minor discrepancy regarding the upstands which has been resolved with zero fuss. All this for the same price as Wren/Howdens etc and the quality of the kitchen blows them out the water. Thank you so much we couldn't be happier.

   BRILLIANT SERVICE & QUALITY I can highly recommend Kutchenhaus Orpington, they have delivered an amazing service from our first visit to their showroom, throughout the design consultation, the ordering process and delivery. We’ve been really impressed with the quality of the units and having just completed our install, it is proving to be even better than we’d expected. Charlotte and the rest of the Kutchenhaus Orpington team have been exceptional- always friendly, very knowledgeable, experienced and ultimately dedicated to delivering the best service possible. We’ve been really grateful for the helpful advice, suggestions and support throughout the process. I can also say the delivery team were brilliant- they were so courteous and carefully placed the units and boxes where we needed them. I was unsure about taking on our kitchen refurb project and kept putting it off, I just wish I’d walked into Kutchenhaus Orpington years ago! Thank you Charlotte and Kate for making our dream kitchen an enjoyable and good value reality.

   I would highly recommend Kutchenhaus Orpington. Charlotte and Merkan are a delight to work with, excelled in planning our dream kitchen with interesting ideas in a very short timeline, had the best advice and supported us in making the right decisions. From planning to delivery, install and after-sales service, nothing was ever a problem and everything was dealt with in a prompt, professional manner. The quality of Kutchenhaus kitchens is amazing and the price very reasonable too, compared to other well-known brands. I would highly recommend the Orpington showroom, for their extensive range of materials and customisable cabinet options, attention to detail, knowledge, professionalism and honest, kind customer care.

   We were really impressed with Kutchenhaus Orpington. We worked with Merkan who was fantastic and helped us design our kitchen, giving really helpful suggestions and guidance, we are so so happy with our new kitchen and his design! He went above and beyond to help us through our kitchen renovation. Their customer service was outstanding, Merkan and Charlotte were very quick to get back to us. The quality of the kitchen is fantastic and very noticeable compared to other brands that we looked at. We would 100% recommend choosing them over other competitors. Thank you very much Merkan we love our dream kitchen!

   Faced with a 1970's 2.3mX2.3m kitchen I had to be v smart about balancing function vs form. For the same budget, Kutchenhaus Orpington designed and more outstandingly, delivered ready made units to a quality and finish that amazed me. Merkan in the Orpington branch was transparent, honest with advice without being pushy, he was diligent, patient and most importantly, responsive. He's not anything like the sales people at kitchen companies who rely on only their computer models to advise - Merkan knows the products and flexes as much as needed to fit the customer's parameters, which for my small 2.3mX2.3m kitchen with space lost to 2 doors & 2 windows, was a tough job. I could not have wanted a better designer nor a better quality product. No flat-packed units but rather manufactured in and assembled Germany then delivered to my home also impressed my fitter. Without hesitation, I recommend Kutchenhaus Orpington for a kitchen of any budget - honestly, you'll be really surprised what Merkan can do for you.

   Merkan at the Orpington branch was Awesome! We ordered a Kitchen from Kutchenhaus via Merkan and couldn't be me more pleased with the service. We had a large building project underway which involved an extension to the kitchen. There were lots of complications with the building project along the way and hence delays, but Merkan was very patient throughout the duration. He is a very talented and enthusiastic Kitchen designer who has a real attention to detail and flare for design. There was no real hard pushy sale which I much prefer. Just really good support advice and design. Merkan came up with a few designs which were all fantastic. We are very pleased with the design we have chosen and can't wait for the kitchen to be installed. We really liked Kutchenhaus and preferred them to the competitors. The products feel higher quality and also the design process with Kutchenhaus was a much nicer experience compared to others we tried. Of course, ultimately it is all about sales, but I didn't find kitchen house pushy at all. Merkan was very patient with us whilst this long-drawn-out building project got to the stage where we can place an order for the kitchen. Merkan clearly enjoys his job as a kitchen designer. He was very honest at all times, and I would thoroughly recommend Merkan and Kutchenhaus. We also felt that kitchen house listened to our requirements much more than others we tried. Of course, any new kitchen would probably look lovely but I’m confident everything has been designed perfectly with Kutchenhaus. I also liked the fact that they don't design the Kitchen in front of you whilst you wait. The initial meeting is used to discuss your ideas and requirements and the Kitchen designer then works on the designs in the proceeding days and calls you back once they are ready in a few days’ time. I feel this is a much better approach and much more geared towards getting the best kitchen design possible. Although the Kutchenhaus choices and design felt slightly more premium, we found them to be a very similar price to the main competitors. We also had a few dealings with Charlotte, and we found her to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Give Merkan and Kutchenhaus a go. Even if it’s not your local Kutchenhaus branch I would still consider using them. After all, you don’t buy Kitchens every day.

   New Kitchen with Kutchenhaus Orpington I had never heard of Kutchenhaus before seeing them at a home show event. I popped into my local Orpington branch and had the most amazing service from Charlotte and the team from start to finish. Merkan was my design consultant and I can not praise this man enough for the kitchen that he designed for me for my dream home, full house renovation is breath taking. The complements I get from anyone who sees it makes me so happy, as he was so hands on with this project 24/7 dedicated to emails, my stresses, changing things for me, giving me the best options and ideas. If you really want a real personal, attention to detail service, who listens and can take your ideas and create it for you, I couldn’t praise Charlotte and Merkan enough. Previous to this I used Wren kitchens. Kutchenhaus Orpington from this experience is in its own league and the quality, high end style of kitchens you get speaks for itself. I’m in love with my new kitchen and can’t wait for when I can get Merkan again to design my utility room.

   Kutchenhaus!! Excellent experience from start to finish! Charlotte is extremely knowledgeable and has given us our dream kitchen. Having spent some time visiting many kitchen companies we found Kutchenhaus was the only company that could offer exactly what we wanted. The design was excellent and with Charlottes expertise, she was able to offer ideas that we had not considered. The team that carried out the work were brilliant and extremely competent in their trade. Furthermore, they were polite, pleasant and considerate, keeping us informed about the work they were carrying out. Nothing was too much trouble and Myles in particular was fantastic, he definitely knows his stuff. I would sum up by saying, if you want “cheap and cheerful”, Kutchenhaus may not be for you, but if you want the wow factor then I would definitely recommend you visit Charlotte!!

   I bought my kitchen from Merkan in the Orpington branch who was incredible to deal with from the minute we entered the show room. We had got a few other quotes but the quality and customer service seemed a bit worrying, however the samples and Merkan’s knowledge sealed the deal straight away. The kitchens look bespoke and the range was vast. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition without any problems and we are still enjoying a kitchen as stunning as it was the day it got fitted. Thank you so much! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
