   Overall a nice place with good coffee. It does need to be re designed as where the till is, people are walking through the door, trying to order their drinks, pay, then move over to stand in the queue to collect their drinks whilst other people are trying to leave the shop. It can be chaos when the shop is busy, it should really be looked at and re designed. The merchandise can also be hit and miss with not much of an option at times!!

   Mia served me today. She was curt and rude to me as well as the customers in line after me. Everyone else I spoke to was nice and understood customer service. Merry Christmas Mia, hope your month gets better.

   I am a frequent customer to Starbucks and for a young student who earns very little. I spend a lot of time and money here at Bromley. I usually find this as a very calm and welcoming environment but this changed today!!!!!!! I was at my usually study place with a small group of friends (4 people, 3 for the most) and 40 minutes prior me and my friends ordered a drink like usual but was faced with TERRIBLE customer service, the drink took 20 minutes to be made and baristas were very rude and unhelpful. Further that we were just finishing our drinks meantime a rude member of staff disrupted our study time with her prejudice behavior to young people. We were told it we didn't not buy a drink in the next 30 minutes we would be kicked out despite many other adults and students doing work without a drink in their table. We were also told that we were taking up too much space despite having a single table and a double table for 4 people with study equipment. I have now resorted to costa Bromley, the staff are lovely, it is cleaner and a kinder environment.

   Awful experience, went in just past 7am on a Saturday morning , I was the only customer in the shop. I said morning to the lady with big glasses and heavy accent . I asked for a cappuccino, she asked my name , I spelt the first initial , she said I don’t understand it’s too long!!! Without even hearing the 2nd or 3rd letter ! Absolutely disgraceful attitude and treatment, I have never experienced this issue at Starbucks before, a very dismissive attitude as if I was interrupting her when there was no other customer in the shop . Costa and Nero staff are always polite and never rude , it just happened that those coffee shops weren’t open this time of the morning . Won’t be going to this Starbucks again to be insulted I will spend my money elsewhere! Shocking that someone is working in the service industry who clearly has no customer skills .

   I visited here with a friend for coffee and cake. The cake was very nice as was the coffee. We chose the pecan and maple muffin and the chocolate caramel shortbread. The upstairs seating is a very nice area and a lovely place to sit and catch up with a friend. The only downside is the layout of the downstairs area the counter is awkwardly positioned to queue and wait for your order as there isn’t much room. However a I had a nice catch up with my friend here.

   Terrible experience. We ordered 2 vegan cakes and we got one not vegan. We waited for 20 minutes for our drink to be made. Other people got served before us. I asked why and they didn't give any explanation. The staff was very rude and unexperienced. I am surprised that starbucks has this low standards. The staff laughed at us and nobody said sorry. We will never come back here.

   The food and drinks are good, but the service is the worst I've ever seen! We asked Belinda if the chocolate praline drink could be made vegan, she got really confused, didn't know what ingredients were on it, had to double check. The male colleague next to her was aware of the ingredients and told us it was vegan. We then ordered the two vegan cakes and said specifically 'the two vegan cakes'. Looking at the receipt (which I had to ask for, she didn't give it to us) I noticed there was a £0.05 charge for a takeaway cup. I said we wanted a mug to drink in. Then she agressively asked 'do you want £0.10 back???' to which we said 'yes' and she called her colleague to ask us again 'you want £0.10 back?' we said 'we want a mug and yeah we want the money that we were overcharged'. She took it out of the tip box (as if other employees were to blame for her mistake) and gave it to us angrily. The cakes came out and were the wrong ones, I told her I wanted the vegan ones! She huffed and puffed, brought the right cake and then asked us for £0.11 as this cake was more expensive, we gave her the £0.10 back and heard her giggling with her colleagues, talking about us. Then they made us wait on purpose for our drink, we waited 16min for our drink, we asked multiple times why it was taking so long but they just laughed. Then when she handed me the drink she said 'by the way I don't know if the topping of the drink is vegan' I said 'can you please check?' they took another 5min to check and then finally said yes. We came here to relax and enjoy but instead we were stressed, laughed about and made fun of.really poor service with Belinda and Anjane laughing at us.

   I didn’t even end up ordering here as the employee who I assume was the manager was speaking to staff and yelling at them like they are trash. She spoke with a toxic attitude and is extremely rude to customers. I would avoid at all costs and change the manager because the poor staff do not deserve that treatment at all.
