Fantastic Staff !!! Such welcoming faces and helpful and they make the best coffee. They actually remember you and give 5 star service. Now coming in daily for drinks and so are my staff. Good work guys.
I don’t quite understand why this particular Costa branch does not offer the same breakfast deals available at other locations. On several occasions, I have also been informed that due to the dishwasher not working, drinks are only being served in takeaway cups. I do, however, appreciate the staff member today who managed to serve my tea in a teapot.

Stopped here to kill an hour in the early morning. I was lucky as I came at a very quiet time. Service was very friendly and fast. The staff were keeping busy all the time. I stayed for roughly an hour and then it felt as if the heating had been switched off. The seating area was clean but poorly maintained. My flat white was adequate but not that hot.
So slow! Queue moved very slowly. I had a prawn mayo sandwich (ok but not great) and a very weak tea. Guy doing drinks assumed I wanted take away and plonked a disposable cup on the counter. Oh! You sitting in!! Yes! So I got a pot and cup. Milk jug and teappot were dirty : ( . See pics . Seemed to be a few other customers complaining. Will avoid costas in future
Does need a makeover, which as of today I think is taking place, as Randy was outside with a small counter and seats for maybe 4 people. He is very efficient and friendly and although I go in once a fortnight he always remembers what I order.
Busy place had to wait a bit staff nice but not all The Cake was very very sweet will not buy again all in all it was ok day
As you can see I’ve collected lots of pictures of my delicious cups of coffee from this coffee shop. The staff are so nice and friendly and always make me feel really welcome. A great atmosphere for kids and adults plus it’s great value for money. Highly recommend
