   Totally disgusting. I was waiting in the queue to get a coffee and I witnessed something unbelievable in the Bromley shop. Another customer, in front of me, noticed plenty of flies sitting on the deserts and flying around in the desert fridge, and he asked a member of staff not to serve that to the customers because it is not proper hygiene. A minute later, he was given an unfair treatment by the blonde lady named Vicky(on her badge), saying he was shouting in the store, when he actually politely asked them not to serve the contaminated deserts to a customer. She refused to serve him and the manager on duty had to intervene to calm down the situation. I've been coming to this shop for the past 7 years and I never experienced something like that. Please, be careful if you go here, as they don't seem to respect the food hygiene standards and if you call it out, they will give you an unfair treatment. As a witness, I will be making a complaint to the head office and to Bromley council, and, hopefully, the issue will be addressed.

   Costa’s in Sevenoaks has been a great place to have lunch. The staff are very friendly and helpful, sometimes the choice of sandwiches is limited but that is rare. The restaurant has recently had a refit and the atmosphere there is very good

   They wouldn’t accept a perfectly valid north Irish pound sterling note. Two staff members blissfully unaware that the UK currently administers six counties in Ireland, and that they use UK sterling! Ridiculous!

   Clean and good place. Met one freind and had hot chocolate and Americano. Staff were polite to let us know it was almost closing time so they can only give in take away cups. Overall good.

   Bromley Market Sq Costa, took a tray of coffee downstairs where more seating available. Several people using laptops and having conference calls, presumably using Costa WiFi? People forget how loud they can be! On the positive side coffee, latte, was good

   Great place to meet and catch up with friends lots of seating downstairs. Friendly and helpful staff. Other Costa let you tell them when to stop pouring milk into the tea. They didn’t ask on this occasion. Toilet is also always out of order

   Excellent espresso, pastries, hot chocolate, location, and ambiance. This coffee shop is indeed a great place to kill your time, do business, and to study as well. The coffees and hot chocolates they had was so delicious. The place was so cozy.
