   The entire team of Tutor are all helpful, friendly, professional, and quick to respond. Top Quality of coffee and other products with fast delivery. I have been a Tutor customer for almost 20 years. I would happily continue to recommend their services to anyone. Recently my coffee machine give me problems and Nick and his team act fast to collect my broken machine, and installed replacement machine next day.    Have dealt with Tudor tea and coffee now for just over 5 years and on every occasion they have been outstanding! From purchasing the machine, aftercare and providing coffee beans through my lovely weekly phonecall with the amazing Tina I cannot recommend this company highly enough! All the service engineers are extremely friendly, knowledgable and explain what they’re doing! Oh and did I mention the amazing Tina…. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   What an absolute pleasure to deal with Nick and all the team at Tudor. We turned up unannounced to them in Grays as we were passing to check out their lever coffee machine for our new coffee van business. We got the full tour from Nick the owner of their on-site tea & coffee roasting /coffee machine repair workshops and a demo of the machines with a bit of Barista training thrown in! We were then sent some samples & were invited by Nick to see them on their stand at the HRC show the following week and that was a really useful experience for us newbies to the industry. We gained a lot of useful contacts there. We ordered our machine from Tudor as well as our coffee beans, syrups and all the extra goodies we need to get off the ground from them and they even came out to us to fit the beautiful Izzo coffee machine to Betty our van. An outstanding service at every point. These guys are clearly passionate about what they do and their knowledge is extremely vast. We can’t thank Tudor enough for the help, service and confidence they given us in getting our little business up and running. Look forward to dealing with them in the future and highly recommend them to all.

   I would 100% recommend Nick and the team at Tudor. We have used them on 3 businesses over the past 12 years and they have always been completely reliable and dependable. From the most fantastic coffee (the Rainforest Alliance blend is our favourite), to delivering to us personally when we needed something in a hurry. Coffee, equipment, great customer service and friendly team all rolled into one!

   I have been calling the sales office for the past week in regards to our recent order with yourselves. After making numerous calls and conversations with Tina I have not managed to resolve the issue of returning my order for a full refund nor have i had any calls back from her. I then spoke with a 'John' who was very quick to put the phone down on me and who does not even exist according to Jill. After speaking with Jill, she advised she will call me back once she had looked into the issue. She also has not called me back. I feel like I have been lied to by these individuals as nothing has been done. What I have been asking for is a simple return and refund as you confirmed the listing on your website was not what has been received. A call back from a manager (the one who calls himelf John) would have resolved everything but this seems to be something that is not of importance to anyone I have spoken with. Going forward I can see someone has had the time to change and update the pictures on your website but not call me to rectify my problem. A surcharge of 25% would be applicable if I had made a mistake, however I have proved this is not the case and that the pictures of both cups and lids are nothing like the products sent to me. My partner had called today as I am currently away and someone had dropped the call on him and not answered when he tried to call back, yet answered when he called from a different number. I really don't know what to say about that. To resolve this matter, I would like for the order to be collected and a full refund given. This has been going on for over a week now and I have been past from pillar to post and everyone I speak to is either unable to help or quick to put the phone down mid conversation. I must add that I was under the impression that I am dealing with a professional company, but first impressions have not been the best. Please reply to me, regardless of who's not working and who's out of the office and all the other justifications I have been given by your departments.

Nick and his team have always bent over backwards and given over and above the level of customer service required. 100% recommended for great customer service, easy to deal with and the most important thing ...... great coffee!
