Waited around an hour for 2 burgers when there must have only been one other table besides us. The burgers were good but not worth the wait or price in my opinion

We were looking for a good-quality, juicy burger to enjoy before starting our shopping in Staines, so we decided to visit TGI Fridays to see what they had to offer. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to save their money and avoid this establishment. I ordered a dish priced at £9, which was described under an appealing and misleading name on the menu. However, when the food arrived, it turned out to be nothing more than basic chicken nuggets. The quality was very poor and certainly not worth the price. The food took approximately 50 minutes to be served, which is unacceptable given the simplicity of the meal. Additionally, the drinks were of equally low quality and did not justify their cost. Overall, the food was overpriced, the service was slow, and the experience fell far below expectations.

The ambiance is amazing cozy as I was told by my lecturer, I had a assignment on TGI Fridays so googled where to find one and the nearest one was in stains very spacious and very nice place to hangout, I cheered myself with my all time favourite Guinness and a huge burger since I don’t eat much and came alone couldn’t try much but am definitely coming back with my friends to hangout , the customer service was amazing, staff very friendly thank you

Lovely place, nice staff members and tasty food. Food actually looked and tasted amaze-balls. Emily was lovely, kept the drinks coming. I will visit again.

Food was OK but massively over priced for what it was. I was asked twice if I had finished when there was clearly food left on my plate. My desert had been microwaved and was a hot mess on my plate absolutely nothing like the picture. They did take it off the bill as I had requested it. Would I eat at another TGI Fridays, probably not. Look at that desert, yes that plate of melted ice cream and flour, water and coco mix was £8.99.. I'm not poor but that was a pixx take.. Really shouts idgaf what the customer gets on his plate, man's gotta go home and sleep. Only for the waitress to try and justify that rubbish on the plate as "that's how it comes" yea right... Looking to eat here. Don't... If your reading this after you eat here then be kind enough to leave a review that really reflects how your experience was.

Ruined 9th birthday! This place is a joke. We arrived at our table at 5pm on a Sunday. The place was fairly busy but at no means at capacity. You’d like to think with the amount of staff they could easily accommodate a table for 13….4 of which were children. Our waitress was polite and soon took our drinks orders however it took about 30 minutes for all our drinks to arrive. 45 minutes after ordering food we were told there was no hot dogs for the children. 1 hour after ordering food none of it had arrived!! After complaining to the manger the children’s food and some of the starters arrived luke warm. At this point we noticed other customers having heated conversations with the manger and leaving with full plates of food still on their tables. We left the ‘restaurant’ and tried to find a table elsewhere however couldn’t find anywhere suitable. My poor 9 year old niece who’s birthday it was was heart broken! To top it off a member of staff who I believe was one of the managers was sat there with his feet up.

Energetic vibrant atmosphere. Bar is not well choiced though it us the highlight. Off-books, it is clean, comfy and lures you to stay long. There are options like "pay once and drink as much as you can" for soft drinks. For hot drinks, i could not try out. Food is tasty and fresh it seems. We, a group of 10, including 4 kids enjoyed the meals well.

Summary: slow and poor service. Dirty tables and cutlery. Not value for money as food went cold. Details: Have been here a few times, generally because the person I am with wants to try this American food chain. I’ve been to few of TGIFs in London and also to the one in Kingston so have something to compare with. In this particular franchise at Two Rivers in Staines the service is always super slow. The waiters are usually chatting with each other and having their own good time whilst you wait to be served. We always wait at the door for few mins for someone to come and take us to the table even if it’s not busy at all. I feel they are sometimes hoping that we change our mind and go somewhere else! They always try to give you tables near the bathroom or by the door and then if you are not an introvert you can ask them where you prefer to sit and depending on their mood they may or may not accommodate your request. Food is okay though. If the waiter takes a while to bring it to you then expect it to have gone cold, which is what happened on our last visit. You have to be lucky to get hot food. The good part is that it’s in the shopping complex so parking is not an issue and I was in a good and interesting company so when it took 40 mins for food to arrive I really didn’t care. Update for the person who replied : this has been the standard of service for a while. I mean, you can literally walk in anytime and see what I described above.

Good food, helpful staff. The only issue was we had a group of 9 but had to split in 2 separate areas as only a few sections were open.
