    Amazing! A real gem in Potters Bar. Food was delicious and service was excellent. We were sharing two meals and they went out of their way to divide it between plates for us. On arrival, they checked we had ordered drinks several times which I would prefer to waiting ages to get served! The food came in great timing, no long waits. The chef / owner came out at the end to check if everything was ok and we spoke about coming back with children and how they might be picky - he said nothing was too much bother if we called in advance to let them know. The photos online don’t do it justice. It’s lovely inside. We will definitely be going back and recommending. It was busy so we recommend booking.

    We LOVE it here. They properly cater to our food needs and the photo below is of a gluten free apple crumble which wasn’t on the menu, but they made especially for me. Thank You So Much xoxoxo

    I always take my mum here for her birthday meal or over Christmas as the food is always excellent. It does lack a bit of atmosphere. Some music might be nice a bit louder in the background. I understand it’s an older crowd that come in so maybe like hits of the 60s and 70s? I took my mum there last Sunday for her birthday and what really stood out was the waitress Harmony she made a fuss of my mum being her birthday. She gave her a sparkler which I hadn’t asked and we loved it. Having worked in customer service. I believe she is an asset to your restaurant down to earth, friendly and efficient. Very impressed by her. It’s not cheap so we only go on special occasions but the food is lovely and so are the staff. The manager also gives us a warm welcome. Which makes my mum happy and smiley see you soon No doubt xx

    Everything about this restaurant is fantastic. From the food to the service and the overall hospitality. I was blown away with how good the deep fried Brie was and the Chicken Milanese literally melted in my mouth. I cant remember the last time I ate anywhere where the food was so good I was still thinking about it on the drive home. Kudos to the chef for coming out to check our opinion of the food as we left. The sign of a real restaurateur. Our waitress was lovely and didn't miss a beat. The couple who run this place are doing a fantastic job.

    First time at this little gem & will definitely become a regular! Service & food was impeccable & couldn’t be faulted even if I tried!. At the end of our meal the chef even came out and greeted each table to ask how everything was which I thought gave such a personal touch & was very appreciated. The atmosphere & vibe was very cozy. We arrived at 6pm and didn’t leave until 9pm (even though we finished eating at about 8pm) simply because we felt so relaxed and comfortable. Thank you The Old Paparazzi - we will be back soon

    Fantastic food prepared by Chef Alex. A husband and wife owned concern that offers a unique dining experience. What helps is that there is local car parking which only helps expedite your taste buds. Do not delay your visit, aided by a white table cloth environment. CHEERS!

    I cant say any more than OK. The staff are always friendly and helpful especially to my elderly in laws. Food is decent enough but not v inspired and ambience cold and needs something to elevate it. Pleasant but my in laws love it so I'm happy with that.
