   Yesterday I was attend by a lovely person, is first time I been attended here whit no issues and complains for part of the staff for looking the materials, they always try to don't work and no are very happy to assist the costumer, Yesterday I have diferent sensation i hoppe these lady get more control in the store and they give better service, and more dedicated, most of the times workers don't know what is a drill bit o a hammer or a euro cylinder.

   Went to pick up an order I thought I had placed but hadn't actually completed... Firstly, Jessie was very friendly & helpful in identifying what had happened. Unfortunately the had subsequently sold out of what I wanted, however Jordan (Branch Manager) very kindly sorted me out a suitable replacement. Fantastic customer service, walked away very happy.

   Really disappointed with service in the Watford branch. I went back for a faulty return and the duty manager completely refused to help as I didn't have the receipt although I showed her the online bank statement for a product that was purchased just a week ago. They were busy chatting between themselves behind the counter when I was forced to speak to customer service. The agent later told me that they could have helped as I knew the date, time and exact amount of the transaction. What a shame.
