   I recently popped into the Screwfix store in Watford to pick up some tools and vacuum cleaner bags, and I’ve got to say, it was a pretty solid experience overall. The store is easy to find, just off the main roads, with decent parking, which is always a bonus when you’re lugging stuff back to the car. Walking in, the layout was straightforward—everything’s well-organized, and I didn’t have to wander around aimlessly. I was after a new set of screwdrivers and some dust bags for my Titan wet and dry vacuum. The tool section had a good range, from budget-friendly basics to some higher-end options. I grabbed a mid-range screwdriver set, and it’s been working a treat so far—feels sturdy and gets the job done without breaking the bank. The vacuum cleaner bags were easy to track down too. They had a decent selection, and I picked up a 5-pack of Titan 20L bags. They fit my vacuum perfectly, and the suction’s been spot-on since swapping them in. No complaints there—seems like they’re decent quality for the price. Staff were friendly enough, though I didn’t need much help since I knew what I wanted. The guy at the counter was quick to process everything, and I was in and out in under 15 minutes, which I appreciated since I was on a tight schedule. The click-and-collect option is a nice touch too—I might use that next time to save even more hassle. Only slight downside? The store can get busy, and there was a bit of a queue forming behind me. Nothing major, but if you’re in a rush, it’s worth keeping in mind. Prices were fair, though—competitive with what I’ve seen online, and no delivery wait time was a win. All in all, Screwfix Watford did the job for me. Solid range of tools, the vacuum bags are holding up well, and it’s a reliable spot for a quick DIY run. I’d happily swing by again when I need to stock up

   The store is 'collect tomorrow ". They have nothing at all, can't to fill the store even necessary items, which everyone expects to receive straight away. The staff who is responsible for this is absolutely usless.

   I had an order to pick up from this store and I received a confirmation email / text to inform me that my order is ready for collection but when I got to the shop a member of staff informed me that is not in stock. When I said that is not fair to travel to the shop and waste my time and the system should be updated that is sold out not 16 products available,the guy at the checkout said that I haven't travelled from far away just from Bushey and he can give me a refund.His attitude was worst than system update.
