   My son had his birthday here and he and his friends had the most amazing time! His friends messaged us saying it was the best party EVER! Even the parents who joined in and the ones who watched on the side lines enjoyed themselves immensely! We had Megan and Jay looking after us and if it wasn't for them it would not have gone smoothly, they were super fun and very observant. Generally the whole staff were superb! Friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much for them. Definitely recommend and it's a win in my eyes.

   We booked a GO Laser Tag party for my son’s 8th Birthday. Booking the party was nice and easy and the WhatsApp chat with the team was so helpful. Amy was a superstar answering all of my questions - she is so warm and friendly. On the day the party ran really smoothly - thank you to all of the team and a special thanks to Kalvin who looked after both the excitable 7 and 8 year olds and the adults that were spectating so well. We all knew exactly what was happening and when and nothing was too much trouble. Every member of staff is really happy and so helpful, it’s such a lovely atmosphere. My son is still wearing his wristband 5 days later and is refusing to take it off. He had the best party and wants me to say in this review that he thought it was brilliant :) His friends all want their parties here now, so we will be back!

   We booked Go Laser Tag for our twins’ 11th birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic! Kalvin was amazing from start to finish — he kept all 23 children entertained, engaged, and having the best time. The organisation, energy, and enthusiasm made the whole day run so smoothly, and every single child came away buzzing about how much fun they had. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Huge thanks to Kalvin and the Go Laser Tag team — we’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a brilliant, stress-free party!

   We booked Go Laser Tag for our son’s birthday. Really glad we did! Some companies that run parties for groups and children tend to forget the importance of the event for the individual and it starts to become a conveyor belt of parties coming through with no care for the experience. Go Laser was different. They made our son feel special because the staff were super enthusiastic and really great at controlling the group and ensuring it remained fun for everyone. The team on the day could not have done more to assist us ensuring we had an everything we needed and more. Every single member of staff that we came into contact with from the car park to the cafe were full of enthusiasm, helpful and really really polite! It was appreciated. However one of the best things about Go Laser is their customer service. When you are really busy and trying to organise a party they have made the process as simple as possible. The use of what’s app for contact was fantastic. It was super easy to book pizzas and ask questions and every time the response from customer service was really quick but most importantly really helpful. Everything was in one place and not having to chase emails makes a difference. Really impressed with Go Laser. Their staff in customer service and on the day were fabulous. Thank you!

   The customer service provided in the lead up to my son's birthday party was exceptional! The two representatives I liaised with were Freya and Amy, both of whom were extremely helpful and professional. I really appreciated all the information they provided saving me time in searching it up myself. Also, they were very prompt in responding to any queries I had, as well as always being very friendly and courteous. Thanks to their assistance I feel fully informed about what to expect on the day and at ease. I am most grateful for having had their support with organising my son's party! Aleksandra

   The booking process was really simple and the person on the phone was really helpful. I really appreciated the reminder emails too of what to bring and what not to bring. Anyway, my partner and i came here a couple of weeks ago and it was great fun. There were different games played and the host Alice always let us as a group decide which game we would prefer to do which was nice. The inclusion of the pizza was also great and the bottle of water. I think it is a good idea that people are allowed to bring their own food too as this meant that my partner could still eat when i was eating the pizza, as he couldn't eat the pizza as he is vegan. All in all a great day and i look forward to coming back to try a different activity!

   I’m coming to attend my son’s friend’s birthday party. Two areas: Go laser and Go paintball. There is a small cafe you can buy drinks and snacks, toilet is available, free parking. Children get great fun.

   I didn't take part because I am an adult and I visited for a childrens party with my daughter. What I can 100% confirm is that the staff here are amazing. They are so motivated to ensure everyone has a great time, passionate about safety and just overall brilliant. Keep up the good work guys.
