“Great location within walking distance of the NIA with lots of restaurants and bars along the way. The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. We were on the 14th floor so we had a good view from the window. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast was very good and they had a vegetarian option too. The hotel was very busy but expected this being in the centre of Birmingham. Car park is a short walk (about 5 mins) from the hotel and we pre-booked this, which is advisable.”

“We stayed at the Travelodge over Christmas whilst visiting family in Boldmere. We were two adults and a toddler in a family room. Not expecting too much but beds and our own space, we were very pleasantly surprised. The family room was incredibly clean (wish I could hoover that well!), at the end of a corridor so quiet and beds were very comfortable. The single beds for children were a good height for my toddler. We checked in on Christmas Day and had a really warm welcome and the staff were eager to help throughout our stay. Really impressed and has seriously made us consider other Travelodges for other UK breaks.”

“Lots of activities for the children. My toddler loved feeding the lambs, sitting on a horse, picking his own chicken egg and riding on a tractor trailer. Lots of animals to see and plenty of outdoor spaces to play in. Really lovely farm. (Soft play is also there but we didn't go in due to the gorgeous) Recommended place to visit”

“Visited West Midland Safari Park with my family and absolutely loved it! The day flew by so quickly, and we honestly didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the attractions and areas of the park. The safari drive was incredibly impressive — the animals come right up to the cars, and the kids were thrilled. The walking areas are also huge and very interesting — aquariums, reptiles, the dinosaur zone, rides… there’s so much to see that one visit isn’t enough. We’ll definitely come back to explore everything we missed. A fantastic place for a family day out!”

The room was like every other Premier Inn, it was really clean, well enough equipped to make it comfortable and was generally really peaceful on a night. “First time at an easy hotel and it was lovely. I wasn’t sure what to expect for such a cheap stay, but the rooms are nice, light and welcoming, the staff are wonderful and so helpful. I spoke to 3 ladies whilst I was there who all assisted me with different things with big smiles and a welcoming nature! The lady I spoke with this morning is called Rachel and she was delightful. Two other ladies assisted me last night with a key card problem and an extra heater, really fantastic staff who think on their feet and go above and beyond to make your stay welcoming. I WILL BE BACK!x”
