   Does what it says on the tin... Clean, although Ground Floor rooms need nets so that you can open curtains without accidentally exposing yourself to the regulars in the Pub Garden opposite!

   We stay here quite often, when visiting family in the area. The location is fantastic, the rooms are new and refurbished, but the special mention must go to the staff. Jennifer has gone above and beyond for us on the last few occasions, whether it’s making sure we have enough tea/coffee, to directions, smooth check in, or just a friendly smile and chit chat. We hope she (and the others) get the recognition they deserve. See you soon!!

   Great hotel, exactly what you would expect from a travelodge. pity its right next to a harvester pub. Very noisy at night. And woke at 5am to the noise of them getting thier bins emptied and beer barrels clanging about.

   Lovely and clean, friendly staff. Only problem there was no Aircon so you have to leave the windows open. My room was facing the road and the harvester pub beer garden but to be honest wasn't too troubled by noise.

   We stayed at the Travelodge over Christmas whilst visiting family in Boldmere. We were two adults and a toddler in a family room. Not expecting too much but beds and our own space, we were very pleasantly surprised. The family room was incredibly clean (wish I could hoover that well!), at the end of a corridor so quiet and beds were very comfortable. The single beds for children were a good height for my toddler. We checked in on Christmas Day and had a really warm welcome and the staff were eager to help throughout our stay. Really impressed and has seriously made us consider other Travelodges for other UK breaks.

   Good location, nice n quiet but very run down. Room smelt damp, carpet very old and worn. Basic and not worth the £78 I paid for a Monday night

   Would have been a 5 for room but pillows didn't have protective cover and they were very old yellow stains on I asked for replacement s but they were also stained so I didn't use any of them !!definitely need 2 replace your pillows staff very helpfull and very friendly couldn't do enough for us great location clean room bathroom could do with up grading toilet very stained under rim !!

   The receptionist on duty when we arrived with our elderly mother was absolutely brilliant ,her name was Jennifer and nothing was too much trouble, the rest of the staff were also very friendly. I shall be staying when I come up next,well done Travel Lodge Boldmere Road, Sutton Coldfield, thank you!!

   It's getting a bit tatty looking. Parking is awkward. Spaces are far to small, even for a 1970s car, Saw a rat scurrying outside the building. Service is pretty much non existent. Shower is quite good, Bed is comfy.

   Stayed here at short notice as a room at another hotel got cancelled due to Covid. The hotel is in a good location and in easy walking distance of Sutton Park and about 20 minutes to Sutton Coldfield where I had a good night out. Coffee shop and Sainsbury’s local are both close by. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Staff are friendly. Definitely going to stay here again.
