   Tamworth Castle Ground is a great place to be in, it has a big garden. It is a great place for kids and walking dogs in the garden. It has a playground for kids and it has a car park for free on Sunday. It has an inside castle with historical things and you can be at the top of the castle, but unfortunately it isn't suitable for wheelchair accessible due to the difficult staircase. Recommended place to go.

   The place is very beautiful and if you are lucky then you can get a chance to view the food festival and other events. The annual schedule of events on castle grounds is available at Tamworth train station tour information brochures.

   Visited for the annual firework display, it did not disappoint! It's free for a start in the grounds and was an absolutely excellent display timed to music. I've paid for far worse in the past, I hope the council keep this going! Had a good selection of food/drink stalls too, with jacket spuds to German sausage. Plenty of choice. Also had a gypsy fair.

   Since my first visit here, the park is amazing. It's friendly with people everywhere. Play area here for the little people. Walkways that lead every direction. Rivers that meet. In time the waterways where a bringer of trade to the town. The castle had soon become a stately home and a focal point for places near by. The flower beds are spectacular, always kept clean and kept. Did catch the end of the games after a curry in town. I'll be visiting again soon.

   Beautiful, very clean and well sign posted. was so surprised how beautifully calming Tamworth town, gardens and castle was !! Definitely going again. The Parking is so close to the children's park, surrounding castle and gardens so makes it ideal for disabled people and people with young children. Would suggest going morning before 11am as gets very busy after that.

   Great park and amenities. Park is suitable for children of all ages and abilities, with wheelchair friendly swings and roundabouts. There is a cafe situated next to the playarea and public toilets too. The walk around the castle and park is beautiful.
