Great place for children and adults, lovely service. Great snacks however, when we got there, we were told we had to book online.As they weren't taking hourly bookings over the counter
Kids loved it, I thought an hour wasn't going to be long enough but it was more then enough. Would definitely go again.
Could do with a better restaurant area. A menu will be a good start :) The big playground was fantastic with plenty of activities. The toddlers one is "meh!" For a 3y/o
My daughter thinks there could be a little bit more inflatables to climb and jump on, so she gives it 4 stars rather than 5. We've previously been to the Manchester one, free car parking there, this one was bigger but on a retail park so you have to pay for car parking too. Everywhere was very clean, it was good fun.
The West Bromwich Inflata Nation is a huge disappointment, especially if you’re concerned about cleanliness and a safe environment for toddlers. The place is absolutely filthy – it’s clear that it doesn’t take much to keep it clean, but it seems to be neglected. This is not a healthy or safe place for young children, and I was really uncomfortable with the idea of my toddler playing here. Compared to the Stechford branch, which is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, the West Bromwich location falls short. The toddler area here is small and unappealing, certainly not worth the visit. If you’re considering bringing your kids, I’d suggest going to the Stechford location instead.
It was our first time visiting here at the weekend for a party. My Son loved it. It wasn't overly busy. The staff were friendly and it was clean and not expensive for drinks. We will definitely be returning.
The place was great for kids. Sadly some of the visitors in there we far from ideal. The adults. Some people have no shame. Shouting at staff trying every which way to get a free meal or drink. Loads of kids who haven't been paid for (no wrist band) from the same people. We were looking to have a birthday party there but we're pit off by the above. Obviously no fault of inflata nation. I'm sure it not always this bad.
Kids absolutely loved it here as well as us adults and they did not want to leave. Staff were lovely and helpful. we had a great session full of laughter and fun. They have a lift and stairs to get to the second floor where the fun begins and reception is downstairs. Also locks upstairs and a cafe and seating area.
