Really enjoyed our games - only downside one of our headsets wasn't picking up movement. Eventually had enough, called for assistance and ended up swapping rooms. Batman game was good, enjoyed floor is lava though felt much shorter than 30 mins. Overall a really good experience and something different.

Our visit to Immersive Gamebox in Southbank was a fun and memorable family outing. We chose the new Batman game, which proved to be a thrilling and interactive experience suitable for all ages. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere set the tone for something exciting. The venue is clean, modern, and well-organised, with lockers available to safely store your belongings before you start. The staff could have been more friendly during check-in, and it would have been nice if they had given clear instructions on how to use the game technology. The Batman game itself is an innovative experience that combines storytelling, teamwork, and technology in a seamless way. Using Immersive Gamebox’s advanced setup, which includes 3D motion tracking, projection mapping, and touch-sensitive walls, you are transported into the dark world of Gotham City. It feels like stepping into an interactive cinema adventure where you become part of the story. The premise is simple yet engaging. Gotham is in danger, and time is running out. Your mission is to rise as Gotham’s ultimate contender, solving challenges and outsmarting classic villains. Together as a family, we took on the Joker, The Riddler, Harley Quinn, Bane, and Poison Ivy. Each section had its own unique challenge, keeping us on our toes throughout. We had to solve riddles, scale buildings, drive the Batmobile, and defuse bombs. Every game was well-paced and easy to understand, even for younger players. The system responds to your movement and teamwork, which makes it a great activity for families or small groups. There was plenty of laughter, competition, and excitement from start to finish. At the halfway point, we took a short break and ordered soft drinks. Unfortunately, we were told that the drinks would be brought to us, but I had to collect them myself. It was a minor inconvenience in what was otherwise a smooth experience. Despite that, the overall setup and the energy of the game more than made up for it. The visuals are impressive, and the motion tracking works very well. You really feel part of the mission, racing against time to protect Gotham. Every second counts, and every move matters. What makes Immersive Gamebox stand out is how user-friendly and inclusive the experience is. You don’t need gaming experience to enjoy it. The system guides you, the challenges are varied, and the teamwork element keeps everyone engaged. Whether you’re a fan of DC Comics or just looking for something different to do in London, the Batman game delivers a mix of entertainment, problem-solving, and light physical activity. The experience is well-timed, lasting long enough to feel immersive without becoming tiring. It’s an excellent choice for a family day out, a group activity with friends, or even a team-building session. Immersive Gamebox has done a great job creating something that feels both cinematic and personal. You’re not just watching a story unfold; you’re living it. You step into Gotham’s shadows, face its dangers, and earn your victory as a team. Overall, the Batman game was great fun. It’s something different, engaging, and ideal for families with children or anyone who enjoys interactive adventures. While the minor issue with the drinks could be improved, the quality of the experience itself is excellent. Step into Gotham, take on the villains, and prove your worth as the city’s defender. Immersive Gamebox Southbank offers a unique and memorable experience that’s worth trying. Good family fun, easy to follow, and packed with action. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an entertaining, tech-driven experience in the heart of London.

What a grand day out! I went here for a birthday treat and opted for the squid games version, it was so much fun! The headsets are very well calibrated and meant all small movements for each of the 6 games were tracked correctly. The first game was great given the fact it had the giant doll recording all movements closely and meant that when she turned you got caught quickly. The room was well ventilated and that was very much needed once you got into it - some levels are very good workouts! Another great part is that you are just put into the room and figure stuff out in your own, no need whatsoever for any instructor which was ideal. Thoroughly enjoyed and cannot wait to go back again soon to beat my high score!

Great place to have fun with friends and family. We went for the Squid Game experience and it was awesome! Could do with air conditioning in the room as it does get hot pretty quickly & would’ve been nice if we could order snacks as well instead of just drinks. Drinks were nice but £3.50 for a can of J2O seems a bit pricey.

Immersive Gamebox was so much fun. The boys and I played angry birds, it was so much fun. My little man managed to understand that he was the game controller. Daddy had to help him out a little bit. They played awesome music inside your box, that it was impossible not to dance. The whole family loved it. I plan on going back with just the husband, so we can play the squid game - there are age restrictions.

We were in town for spring break and made this a priority. We spent an hour with the James Bunny game. It takes some getting used to, as your body's location determines the action on the screens. The best part of the experience was that it reinforced group problem solving. We found that each of us contributed to the group's success. Also, the hosts were friendly and enthusiastic about the experience. If we return to London we would consider coming to the Gamebox again.

We had so much fun here, it’s a slight work out. Such a great find and definitely a great date spot! Vicki was our host and she was absolutely lovely and kind giving us tips, letting us redo our final GIF and taking our photo after it was all done!
