Thank you to Bilgen and the team. I booked in for an eyelash lift today at this business. It was not the best experience. When I tried to get in for my appointment the door was locked & no one was answering the phone. I eventually saw the buzzer but i thought this information should probably have been on their website if the door is going to be locked. I didn’t get into my appointment on time and even when i finally got in, I was asked to wait. The lady who did my brows offered me a coffee, so that was nice but by the time I got into my appointment it was quite a bit later than it should have been. She didn’t seem to know what I had actually booked for and asked me whether I was there for a facial. This makes me wonder if their online booking system even works or whether she knew I was even coming in. As for the eyelashes, they’re not as lifted or dark as I’m used to. They are passable but not really as good as I’ve had in the past. The lady said it was because it was the first time doing it, but I have had about 10-15 eyelash lifts before that at other businesses and they have looked more lifted and dark than this. However, I didn’t complain because in the end they do look okay, just not what I usually get from a lift. I don’t know if they’ll last though, as they aren’t really lifted that much. Overall, the lady was nice and I resisted leaving a negative review because I do think she was trying to make it a pleasant experience but I think it’s better for the business to know what’s happening. Additionally, there were no card services and I had to do a bank transfer which was a bit of a hassle at the end.”

From offering suggestions on where we can save time so as to maximize the number of sites, to going out of his way to park in the shade so that we can return to a cooler vehicle, his efforts were much appreciated. We went on a few other private tours in other locations during this trip to Europe, and none of those came close to the quality, experience and value of our tour with Adrian. He kept us and the story moving on but at no point was it rushed and there was lots of time fif questions and just general chat. “Our tour guide, Rachel was the best! We had just come off of a fairly active cruise around the United Kingdom with 14 stops and we had already spent 2 jam packed days in London. To say we were tired is an understatement. Rachel, tailored our day with some walking and a ton of history. This lady knows London inside and out! I really wanted to see Abbey Road. She even snapped some pictures of us in the crosswalk. We also had Sunday Roast in a little pub. The perfect end to a great trip.”

“Had a great time completing the "Escape The Castle" room. Phoebe was an excellent host. We were a group of 8, which is slightly over the recommended group size for the room. Even then, there was still enough space to move around and try different tasks in parallel. The challenges themselves were very well though out, fun, challenging and fit the theme quite well. Definitely one of the best escape room experiences. Highly recommend.”

“We had such a great time at clueQuest! The puzzles were quite challenging, but with a bit of guidance we managed to work our way through them. The storyline was really engaging and the room design was top-notch — you can tell a lot of thought went into every detail. Ollie was absolutely fantastic – helpful, supportive, incredibly kind and patient from start to finish. He made the whole experience even more enjoyable and fun. We left with big smiles and a real sense of accomplishment. Highly recommend to anyone who loves clever puzzles and great storytelling!”

“Absolutely fantastic. All these airplanes look so good taken care of. You might get the impression that you would be able to just climb into the pilot seat and fly off. It is extremely wonderful to see that these machines have been so well taken care off. Free entry, no ticket needed, everything you ever wished for. “If only I could give this hotel 10 stars. I am incredibly impressed with the customer orientation of Wilde Aparthotel Paddington, and particularly Guest Relations Manager Waris Boryali. We left a valuable item at the hotel after our most recent stay. Wilde, Waris, and team went above and beyond to secure our item and work with a courier service I hired to get the item back to us. Critically, their cleaning staff turned our item in. Additionally, Waris went out of his way to ensure that our item was packaged and safely kept for the courier pick up. He remained in touch with me consistently to give me updates about the item - he was incredibly responsive. The hotel has a WhatsApp messenger feature that is so convenient. I am absolutely indebted to these consummate professionals! We have stayed there annually and will continue to do so - you cant get rid of us now! And P.S. - the rooms are super cute with kitchenettes and sleeping accommodations to fit all needs. The hotel is ideally situated to walk, tube, bus or cab to all corners of London. “Came in with my boyfriend ordered 2 patties for a quick munch. I am usually intimidated by Caribbean restaurants as customer service isn’t always great. But the lady and the man in the shop running the place were so welcoming and polite and lovely and made us feel comfortable. The patties were gorgeous and hot and decently priced. Will only come here from now and can’t wait to try other food. Thank you ! X”

“After traveling to London from Australia, arriving in the morning I experienced serious and constant wisdom tooth pain starting late in the day after I arrived. Bond dental was able to fit me in urgently and helpfully were able to complete an emergency extraction then and there. Dr. Yan was wonderful throughout the procedure making sure the anesthesia had fully worked, was very communicative, gentle and caring and the procedure was completed without any issues or discomfort. I'm so grateful to the team at Bond dental for being able to take care of this serious issue urgently. If you are nervous about going to the dentist or need an extraction I couldn't recommend Dr Yan enough. A day later I'm almost totally pain free which is amazing!”

“Location was amazing for us, the view couldn't be better(1 bedroom apartment for 4 people). Clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds all great. Would be nice to have some oil for cooking additionally to salt and paper, but not a problem to buy It was nice to have a washing machine, my preference though would be to replace it with a dishwasher (but there are so many food options around that we were eating somewhere else mostly)”

“We visited Flat Iron in London for a family lunch, and it was an absolutely lovely experience. The atmosphere was warm ,welcoming and perfect for a casual yet special meal. We tried the beef steak and the green chilli beef burger, and both dishes were delicious. The steak was tender, juicy, and cooked exactly as we ordered, with that signature Flat Iron flavour that never disappoints. The green chilli beef burger was a real highlight packed with bold, spicy flavours that added a nice kick without being overwhelming. A really nice touch was the complimentary freshly made popcorn served when we arrived, and the free vanilla ice cream cone at the end such a thoughtful way to round off the meal! The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout. Service was quick, and the overall vibe was relaxed, which made it perfect for a family lunch. We’ll definitely be coming back, value for money..Highly recommend.”

“Was planning on going to the popular cafe next door but the line was over 2 hours and so we decided to to give this place a go as the food looked good and it was busy but no queue. Very happy that we did as it was a lovely breakfast. The full English had everything you could want and was fresh. The hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict was lovely too. Amazing bubble and squeak. Don’t bother waiting in the queue for next door. Come here!”

“A really lovely pub. We like to eat inside and love the decor. Staff are super friendly and service excellent. (Server was Cello; last time we came it was Poppy- both lovely as was everyone else.) Four of us are vegetarian and chose very nice dishes (carrot soup; hummus dish; pimientos de Padrón; veggie wellington; goats cheese salad; fish and chips. We also love the soda bread.) “This is the most incredible experience I had in London in a long time.. and I recently did two secret cinema. But this is just sooo good. Everything is very well curated, the sound, the visual effect. Super recommended if you are a fan. Well done to the actors there, credible, exhilarating, entertaining. Money well spent!!
