   I stay at Wilde apartments once a month for work and really enjoy my stays. The apartments are much more comfortable and ‘homely’ than staying in a hotel. This week I arrived to a card in my room from Bartosz and the team welcoming me to my stay as a frequent guest, plus some snacks, bathrobe and slippers. What a lovely little touch! I’ll look forward to my next stay in the New Year.

   I’m currently 4 weeks into a planned 6-month stay, and I would not recommend this property for long-term stays—it’s better suited for short visits (a week or less). Key Issues: No hot water for an entire week (ice cold showers). Poor unit condition: broken cabinets, damaged floors and walls, stained rug, and a dirty couch covered in long hairs upon arrival. Most lights don’t work; only one wall sconce functioned properly. Kitchen setup is terrible: broken cooktop controls, worn-out pots and pans (I had to buy my own), and cooking next to an uncovered wardrobe. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, plus inadequate storage for extended stays. Service & Maintenance: Check-in was disorganized: room unpaid despite advance request, no staff available, and key card didn’t work. Weekly servicing is inconsistent at best —only once have I received fresh bedding and basic supplies (coffee, soap, towels, toilette tissue, etc.). I don't know how they can call the property "serviced". Location & Amenities: Area is inconvenient and still under development with little to do nearby. Bakerloo line is unreliable—delayed, crowded, and hot. Laundry costs £8 per load in a small machine, and soap isn’t always available. Overall: Very poor value for money, even for London. If you need a place for a few nights, it might work, but for anything longer than a week, look elsewhere.

   I've stayed here not too long ago , the rooms were pretty good and overall the hotel was not bad however, i came across a specific worker I'm not sure of their name. but their manner was not of my liking whatsoever, they looked so uninterested and unbothered in helping me during my check in I've been trying to give off a positive attitude towards that worker but unfortunately i haven't been receiving the same back. the hotel was overall leaning towards the good side but the service of one of the worker really caught me off guard, there is one worker that is actually very sweet she seems to be very welcoming and was willing to assist in anything, i cant say the same about the other worker. sadly i do not have his or their name and i heavily dislike his behavior towards me and that is what's holding me back from returning. he definitely needs to have a discussion with any one who's responsible towards the staff members on how to treat customers well and i mean this.

   Excellent place to stay. Spotless clean, well appointed. Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff - everyone said hello from.the reception to the cleaning crew and even the maintenance guy. Felt as though nothing was too much trouble. Good price for London and for the location. Would definitely recommend

   If only I could give this hotel 10 stars. I am incredibly impressed with the customer orientation of Wilde Aparthotel Paddington, and particularly Guest Relations Manager Waris Boryali. We left a valuable item at the hotel after our most recent stay. Wilde, Waris, and team went above and beyond to secure our item and work with a courier service I hired to get the item back to us. Critically, their cleaning staff turned our item in. Additionally, Waris went out of his way to ensure that our item was packaged and safely kept for the courier pick up. He remained in touch with me consistently to give me updates about the item - he was incredibly responsive. The hotel has a WhatsApp messenger feature that is so convenient. I am absolutely indebted to these consummate professionals! We have stayed there annually and will continue to do so - you cant get rid of us now! And P.S. - the rooms are super cute with kitchenettes and sleeping accommodations to fit all needs. The hotel is ideally situated to walk, tube, bus or cab to all corners of London. Thank you for a great stay, Wilde Aparthotel Paddington!

   Stayed a few nights here and couldn't be more impressed. Expertly spotless and excellent service from Matt and Bea. Both were professional and attentive to our requests. Food was delicious and fair priced. We had a great time exploring the area and having somewhere so local to the station to travel back to. Highly recommended.

   Our 1 bedroom apartment was modern and spacious. Perfect for our family of four. Complimentary coffee pods, milk, drinks and snacks were greatly appreciated Service was fast and friendly. Thanks to Yehia, Mathew and Bea. But especially to the kind gentleman who gave us a discount for minor issues with power in the room.

   We had a group of 9 staying this weekend and we were all so impressed with the hotel! The rooms are lovely, modern and clean. The touch screen controls, the blackout blinds and the comfy beds were all a highlight :) Every member of staff that we encountered could not be more accommodating, they really did respond to every request and they helped me with plenty of extra pillows (being 7 months pregnant I needed them for sleeping) which made my stay so comfortable. This hotel is great value for money, all 9 of us said we’d 100% stay here again when travelling to London. Thanks everyone!

   This is a modern and stylish hotel which feels like a home away from home. Excellent service provided as I requested a late check out due to a meeting held via Teams and needed to remain in the room undisturbed and quiet. The location of the hotel is also great for London as it is near both the tube and bus stops. The hotel is great for both business travel and family weekends away. Would highly recommend.
