   The good: location, size of apartment, ease of check-in. The bad: Subpar given the price of the apartment. The pictures make the apartment look better/more 'fresh'. When arriving, the windows had been left open and, given it was a very cold November day, the room was freezing. Turned on the electric heaters but they make an incredibly loud noise that it's impossible to relax, not even talking about sleeping. So you need to choose - to be warm or to sleep. When told to the staff, they went to check and concluded "that's just how they work." Arriving at the apartment, there was also a dirty towel left in the bathroom from the previous people. Furthermore, the shower was partially broken, would not hold into place and literally no water pressure, so very difficult to take a shower. To top it off, the couch had dirty stains on it (which were partially cleaned after notifying the staff). There was also no dishwashing liquid/sponge or towel in the kitchen to clean the dishes - when asked, was told they would be in the "laundry room". However, when went to check it - there was nothing there. The "AI" that you talk to just kept sending the same information again and again. So overall, unfortunately, it was a disappointment.

   Wonderful stay at Bob W, as always. And if you haven’t stayed in Spitalfields before, it’s a must. Very cozy area with a lot of pubs, restaurants and pretty houses. The Bob W location is residing in a pretty house as well! The fully digitized experience (there’s no reception) and the design centric rooms are wonderful. If you are a light sleeper, like me, reach out to the customer service and they will locate you to a quiet room. I will stay in Bob W again.

   This place is ideally situated for Liverpool Street Station & Spitalfields. Our apartment was very spacious with many amenities. The bed was quite comfortable and a thick duvet and large pillows. Plus, the heating worked quite well and there are fans available. We had a short wait for our room to be cleaned (around 16:15) but this was fully communicated by phone and they gave us a complimentary late check-out till 14:00!

   Staying with Bob always feels like home, and Commercial House was no exception. We absolutely loved the location - there’s so much to do nearby, with plenty of great spots to eat, drink, and explore. And having my favorite place, Spitalfields Market, just 5 min away on foot! Our room was cozy, spacious, and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the week. Whenever we needed a little extra - like more coffee or essentials - reaching out to Bob was super easy, and the team was always kind and quick to help. We look forward to staying here again when we return to London!

   Location was amazing for us, the view couldn't be better(1 bedroom apartment for 4 people). Clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds all great. Would be nice to have some oil for cooking additionally to salt and paper, but not a problem to buy It was nice to have a washing machine, my preference though would be to replace it with a dishwasher (but there are so many food options around that we were eating somewhere else mostly)

   Bob W is such a cool hotel. I stayed at their Spitalfields location with some friends and it was epic :) They have a really cool breakfast partner who do the BEST coffee - Potter & Reid.

   This is my second time staying at Bob W Commercial House and both times I had fantastic experiences. Not only the apartments are located in one of the coolest areas in London next to Spitalfields Market but they are super comfy and beautiful. The apartments have everything you might need for a short stay which makes it super easy to cook, chill at the sofa and make the most out of your experience. Check in and check out are really easy to make and there is an storage room at the facilities to leave your luggage on your last day. I honestly can’t recommend these apartments enough!!

   Really nice recently renovated hotel. Big rooms and great location. Very walkable to city and good transport options available for exploring London. A lot of amenities and hotel checked if everything was ok after check-in. Highly recommended stay.
