   I am writing to express my deep disappointment following a visit to your central London shop on New Year’s Eve. What should have been a positive and celebratory experience was completely ruined by the unprofessional and discriminatory behavior of your staff. While we were waiting to make a purchase, we observed staff happily serving customers of other races without hesitation. When it came to us, we were rudely pushed aside, asked for ID without explanation, and ignored while two other customers were served ahead of us despite us being in line first. No other customers were asked for ID. When we calmly questioned why we were being treated differently, the staff laughed at us and told us it was “none of our business.” This response was humiliating and deeply upsetting. The treatment we received felt targeted, dismissive, and discriminatory. As someone who simply wanted to welcome the New Year in a positive way, this experience left me mortified and hurt. No customer deserves to be treated in this manner. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately, as behavior like this reflects very poorly on your business.

   These people are scammers! I ask if the sell cigarillos and showed me backwoods (2in a pack) so I asked for 2 packs and a lighter then rang me up using the scanner and when the transaction was done I ask for the reciept he said no reciept and when I ask how much was the total he said €59(?) For 2 packs of backwoods which only cost $1.99 in the states? No refund he said coz the transaction went through already. They dont put prices on their merchandise and they will scan your card right away without telling you the price and total and their scanner will pick your card right away. Beware of these people, they are all over London.
