“Perfection! Absolute experts. Highly recommended. We just had a 12m x 6m outdoor pool designed and constructed by Falcon Pools (finished in May 2023). Tiled with electric pool cover, UV cleaning system and swim jet. Our experience with the company and with every member of the team has been wonderful - they are truly experts in their field and more than that, absolutely charming people. We had a high water table, a slope and running sand (ie: difficult conditions) - I'm not sure any other pool company could have coped. Falcon has decades of experience, across all types of conditions - so they overcame every challenge and delivered an absolutely stunning end-product. Falcon offers an ongoing pool maintenance service if you wish, we signed up, and enjoy having a weekly check-up and clean - it's not necessary though and you can always DIY if you wish. It's all so easy and pleasurable dealing with this company - exactly what you want when making an expensive purchase! They are very booked-up (currently building around 45 pools I understand), so get in quickly with your enquiry and don't jump-in with another provider until you've at least met with Falcon and seen one of their pools. “We missed our flight, so BA put us up here for the night along with a lot of other people. It was very comfortable. The rooms were clean. It wasn't fancy, but it was nice. They had a buffet for dinner. I thought it was the best meal I had while we were on this 3 week tour. I think the staff was overwhelmed by so many people arriving at the same time.”

“Great area for kids of all ages. Quite expensive if you have a couple of children. It's pay by the hour. Big inflatable bouncy with ball pits. Children seem to like it. Disabled entrance and suitable for wheelchair buggies. Cafe on site serving tea, coffees, and chicken nuggets, chips, etc. Disabled access to toilets. Parking is free and easy with lots of spaces.”

“Perfect overnight stay, always delightful and attentive staff, check in always impeccable, the lounge a delight and breakfast service, spot on, again, staff are brilliant. Huge comfortable beds, gorgeous bed linen and the most sumptuous fluffy towels, immaculate bathrooms, I always feel I should clean the wash hand basin after brushing my teeth, and you can’t hear the aircraft even though they skim the roof. “Stayed with my wife and son before travelling. Room was fantastic, we had a family room on the first floor. Two queen beds. Used the converted room on the ground floor that used to be the pool area (now a bar) which was really lovely. Great start to the holiday. Would recommend over other hotels we’ve stayed in at Heathrow. Service given 4 stars as we received slow service in the bar and check in was a little difficult due to a language barrier with one of the members of staff”

“I've always wanted to swim in this pool since visiting during the Olympics. Booked for the 50m competition pool via the Everyone Active app. At £7 per adult this is great value for money and comparable to any other leisure centre. The changing village was clean, plenty of hot showers, and the lockers (£1 returnable) were well maintained. The pool was clean and the temperature was good for continual lane swimming. Great experience and will certainly return!”

“Our son had a fantastic 1st year at a nursery at Kids in Motion, where he learned a lot, he made friends and he got very close to the staff. We moved away from the area so we couldn’t really keep him there longer, but even though more than 2 months have passed, he still mentions Alice and the rest of the staff. The team is doing a great job with many fun, educational activities and celebrations planned. We loved receiving photos every week and getting a good amount of information on our baby’s development.”

“Cons: bad mobile reception once you are in. Layout is a bit of a mess.. you almost need a Thorpe park style map to help you navigate around. No steam room, shower gels / conditioner. I guess it’s a better gym so shouldn’t expect it.. All that said, still a 5 star review… why. Pros: has lots of varied equipment. Swimming pool is large. Reasonably priced.”
