We went to more than 8 different rooms with different actors, stories, good special effects, good backgrounds, etc. I liked the big movie screen at the beginning. Taking photos/videos were not allowed during the performances. Overall it was a good experience.

We had a wonderful time at Shrek’s Adventure — such an immersive and entertaining experience, honestly better than Disney Paris. However, it would really help if the team made more of an effort to give different children a chance to be picked during the interactive sections. My daughter wasn’t chosen once, despite desperately showing she wanted to take part (she’s tall for her age but only 7, and has ASD). Meanwhile, the same girl with ear muffs was selected multiple times. Ear muffs aren’t the same as ear defenders for SEN needs — they just keep ears warm — so the choices felt a bit unfair. A little more balance and awareness would make the experience perfect.

Good fun for everyone, even if you aren't a kid. Even I as an adult enjoyed it. Disneyland-esque, but Dreamworks style. I liked that characters from other Dreamworks movies were briefly involved, e.g. Hiccup, Astrid, Po, etc. The performers all did a great job, and it was entertaining. Took about 1 hour in total. However, the fact that there was a no photo / video rule during the adventure itself was very irritating.

Great experience, although should wait for all the "party" to be there before beginning next bit. No photo rule would be ok if it weren't so ridiculously expensive to buy the "professional" ones at the end. Im not paying £40 for 2 photos... We bought a personalised souvenir travel mug for £10 which is worth it. 4D bus ride was great. Staff were very good at their character maze and mirror maze was fab!!

Shrek’s Adventure London is such a fun and entertaining experience for both kids and adults! The interactive journey through Far Far Away is full of laughter, surprises, and great storytelling. The actors are fantastic — energetic, funny, and really make you feel part of the adventure. The sets and special effects are very well done, bringing the world of Shrek and his friends to life. It’s well-organized, family-friendly, and full of photo opportunities. A perfect attraction for families looking for something magical and different in the heart of London!

We arrived for our scheduled slot however we had to wait for about 30 minutes in a queue before the tour started. The kids were very impatient as they simply didn’t understand why we were waiting and we also had no clue, as we weren’t informed why. Once inside, the kids (and us adults) loved it from the beginning. We had been doing a Shrek marathon in the lead up to our visit so the kids were well psyched up for it and understood what was happening. The bus experience was really cool, which again we all loved. The rest of the tour was also interactive (but of dancing, chanting…) and each of my kids were given something to hold for the next room(all part of the story). At the end, there’s an opportunity to pay for the photos taken. We got the book and digital copies for £30 which is quite pricey, however my kids have gone through the book quite a few times since. So it’s a nice souvenir. I’m glad I didn’t go by the reviews and went ahead and booked. As we went to the aquarium before this and the kids were not that impressed. Overall it was a good experience but I wouldn’t be returning due to the price. It’s very expensive for what it is even though we did enjoy ourselves. By the way my kids are 4,4,6 and it was perfect for them. They didn’t find it dark and they weren’t scared by anything at all.

Great little attraction, lots of laughs! Perfect for children. We visited as 2 adults but I think my children would love it, it’s over fairly quickly but it’s probably the right length of time to keep the attention of young ones. Characters were really good actors and great at improvising too. A pleasant experience overall and would definitely visit again with the children!

Book online ahead of time to save some money! You get punished for doing this spur-of-the-moment. Regardless, our kiddos had a blast. We got lucky as both got selected to participate and it was the talk of the rest of the trip. Hats off to the team of actors, too! They were excellent—especially the bloke who played the Ugly Step Sister! Name starts with a D but I can’t recall. He was FANTASTIC. He and the young lady who played Fiona did great American accents so we appreciated a touch of home! A few British works snuck through but we think it made it even more special. Another nod to the gentleman who played Thelonius because his accent was HILARIOUS. He intentionally called my daughter by a boy’s name and it had us laughing for the next hour. If you have kids, this is a great experience. My only recommendation (besides cost which can’t be helped in a place like London) is to have the bus be mobile. There was a moment or two when we felt a little nauseous because the screen surrounded but the bus was immobile. The 4-D piece of wind, water, and mice (brace yourselves!) were huge pluses as well that helped us to forget about the bus. Overall, definitely recommend. We’ll be talking about this one for a long time!

Today we visited Shrek Adventure, myself my wife and 6yr old twins enjoyed the adventure. For the minute you enter the attraction it is highly themed and interactive. The magic bus tour is fantastic and the effects are very cleaver. The lands you pass through in your search for shrek are brilliant! The actors and actresses are outstanding and add to the magic of attraction. I highly recommend giving this attraction a visit.

Really great experience.. my 5 year old and me both enjoyed it so much! I would say it is suitable slightly older than 5 as there were some children start crying from the start of the magic bus which is actually good fun but there’s explosion scene and water spray to the children that may frighten younger children and also no 3D glasses provide which is the down side. All the Character has done an amazing job and all the children took their part in. Really happy seeing the interaction between the staff and the children. The only part made me feel a bit uncomfortable was the photo shooting part at the start of adventure as it did feel a bit rush and pushy and the photo book is pricey as you already pay so much for the entry. I got a better deal from discount-London.com so which is not too bad. Other than that the adventure is perfect.
