   Falcon pools designed and built a pool for me 7yrs ago and have maintained it perfectly ever since. They recently installed a new cover on my parents pool and once again very courteous and professional. I’ve found all the staff from receptionist to owner to electricians fantastic and helpful. They are a quality company.

   Incompetent, unprofessional service from start to finish ...stay away from this company....They fail to answer emails in any kinf of efficient manner, provide a flawed, painfully slow service and have very limited technical capabilities. One of the most unprofesssional companies I've ever had to deal with. Suggested there was an issue with pool pipework following pressure which has since been re-tested by new reputable pool company and no such issues found.

   Perfection! Absolute experts. Highly recommended. We just had a 12m x 6m outdoor pool designed and constructed by Falcon Pools (finished in May 2023). Tiled with electric pool cover, UV cleaning system and swim jet. Our experience with the company and with every member of the team has been wonderful - they are truly experts in their field and more than that, absolutely charming people. We had a high water table, a slope and running sand (ie: difficult conditions) - I'm not sure any other pool company could have coped. Falcon has decades of experience, across all types of conditions - so they overcame every challenge and delivered an absolutely stunning end-product. Falcon offers an ongoing pool maintenance service if you wish, we signed up, and enjoy having a weekly check-up and clean - it's not necessary though and you can always DIY if you wish. It's all so easy and pleasurable dealing with this company - exactly what you want when making an expensive purchase! They are very booked-up (currently building around 45 pools I understand), so get in quickly with your enquiry and don't jump-in with another provider until you've at least met with Falcon and seen one of their pools. Many thanks to Terry and Steve Woodhams - highly responsive and professional from our first enquiry to final installation and even years afterwards: a pleasure to work with them. Everything they installed was to the highest quality. Now we are in our 3rd year after installation, and continue to be delighted. Indeed owners of other pools admire the quality of ours!    Excellent service from Falcon! I needed a renovation as the pool that my developers built was done to a low standard and falling apart. I contacted Falcon Pools and Terry, Steve and the team took over and rebuilt it from the ground up at an exceptionally high standard! Very highly recommended, in particular Eddy and Fluff who are perfectionists and have build me an amazing pool!!
