Richard Black came out and looked at my car and gave an honest opinion on what could be done and what needed to be done for my car to be returned at the end of a 4 year lease to incur no charges from the lease company. He fully valeted my car and sourced the correct paint to touch up a few minor scratches. The car looked amazing and when collected the agent said the car was in amazing condition and I incurred no penalties as a result so thank you.”

“I went in to look at the different options of dry food for my dog who needed to lose a little weight. The staff were extremely helpful explaining the different foods and what would be best for my dog based on age and weight. I also needed to get her a new harness and they helped me and tried various ones on my dog until one was found that was comfiest with the best fit. Which also turned out to be the cheaper one which showed they were working on the dogs best interest not on making money. It was a good experience and very helpful.”

“We had a large Neff American Fridge freezer installed, by FT Refrigeration. The fitters Stuart and Riki were polite and incredibly professional. It’s the first time we have used FT Refrigeration but they will be our go to appliance vendors going forward. It was a real treat to have two fitters who took a pride in the quality of their work and in the service provided.”

I often come in for a quick bite to eat and a coffee, usually popping in and out, I just want to say how lovely each and every single staff member is, the atmosphere is much nicer than the other coffee shops around the area. Jennifer has taken my order a few times and made my coffees, she always makes everyone feel welcomed and is such a lovely member of staff. “Didn't know this place existed until very recently. This is an out of the way Venue. It's based in a Beautiful and Tranquil Garden centre. Not the usual over priced TAT that most of these centres are renowned for. Really worth a visit if you're looking for Quality items and something different. Anyway back to the coffee shop. Fabulous Coffee and Hot Chocolate with a great selection of mouthwatering Cakes that I believe are home made. Such a relaxing place that I never knew existed and plenty of free parking. Next time you want a relaxing and Tranquil hour make the journey and call into this unique place at Woburn Hill you will not be disappointed believe me.”

“We couldn't believe how our daughter has progressed with Robyn's piano lessons. After just one term she is confidently playing songs and sight reading both the treble and bass clef. Robyn has a great teaching style and has really connected with our 6 year old. I have bass guitar lessons with Robyn and she adapted her teaching style to suit me (I am not six)! I really enjoy the lessons, she teaches in such a way it doesn't feel like a chore and I am getting the most out of my bass. The end of term concerts are a great opportunity to see how the children and adults are progressing - a lovely idea, keep it up.”
