   Dirty, cramped consulting rooms. Overcharged and misdiagnosed our dog's condition, charged us £220 for medication our dog did not need. Aggression from vet when questioned about her fees and practice. To be avoided.

   Would recommend Willet House, my dog has been with them since we purchased him in Jan 2024. They have always found availability for him when it’s been an emergency, when he got neutered they were amazing, the surgery went really well and the follow up appointments were great. The team there are really friendly and professional.

   Cats results delayed and still not back after more than 2 weeks! Everyday chased and cat is in very serious condition. Unacceptable. Nobody was able to find out when or why they are delayed and to escalate. My cat s life depends on this result and it is sad they don't seem to care or treat urgent cases with responsability. Avoid them if possible.

   Wow what service, took my dog for a Dew claw problem which was sorted without any fuss, also did a health check, removed a wart from around his eye and gave me medication all for under £120 amazing.

   I’m sorry I not satisfied by the services received and I’ve been here couple of times . But it is the closest for me and I’m going just for vaccination . I do not recommend this place for serious medical issues.

   It's always a pleasure to visit Willett house. All the receptionists and Vets make the process as low stress as possible. We've done check ups, vaccinations, euthanasia and emergency critical care for our 3 family dogs in the last 17 years and never once have we had a bad visit. The euthanasia and critical care could not have been handled better; absolutely outstanding work from all their staff.

   Extremely friendly staff and very caring. We took our rabbit, Loki to be neutered and were very happy with the service received, from the vet that did the op to everyone that interacted with Loki thank you. We were very nervous about leaving him and everyone was so kind to us, we would highly recommend this vets.
