   The best service ever. 2 lovely men came, looked at my sick oven (which is no longer made - THAT old!).....they took it apart, said they'd try and find the parts. They found the parts and have just been here, working away and have fixed everything. Such nice, pleasant, clean and tidy men. I wanted to hug them.....

   Excellent service from start to finish. So nice to have proper advice and feel confident in the advice you are given, from the sales team. The fitter team were excellent also with a little problem whilst fitting the oven, but they sorted the problem with ease. Definitely recommend and use again.

   Yesterday, after a few days debating that we had left the door open on our freezer we had David round to check it. Very professional but it came with bad news! With it only being 6 months out of its warranty it was dead! Roy & the team at F T Refrigeration were amazing and gave us plenty of options. We ended up with a liebherr that came with a 10 year warranty. Best of all it was delivered the same day. Thank you so much.

   We've been a customer for about thirty years and bought various appliances from FT - they are always friendly and knowledgeable offering quick delivery and fitting. Our new washing machine failed after six months and they helped us deal with the manufacturer and provided a replacement machine from a different brand as soon as they received approval for a replacement. A great example of why dealing with a reputable local retailer is so worthwhile. Thank you

   We had a large Neff American Fridge freezer installed, by FT Refrigeration. The fitters Stuart and Riki were polite and incredibly professional. It’s the first time we have used FT Refrigeration but they will be our go to appliance vendors going forward. It was a real treat to have two fitters who took a pride in the quality of their work and in the service provided.

   I would not recommend them for repairs!! My Liebherr wine cooler broke, they sent an engineer who looked under the fridge and said "it must be the fan" without doing any proper diagnostics. They replaced the condenser fan, (which i could hear was still working prior to the repair) and charged £284. This did not fix the issue!! I complained about the situation, they then came back and said it must be a gas issue which they don't fix. I now have to start the process all over again with another repair company post been charged £284. Annoying that Liebherr recommended them when they are not able to do all repairs and they don't do thorough diagnostics to identify the issue.
