Great service and price. I chose AH Spittle because I wanted to buy locally and had had good service when I purchased a washing machine about a year previously. Graham was excellent and extremely helpful. I was kitting out a new kitchen and although I knew the types of appliances that I needed (microwave combo oven, oven, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and extractor fan) but required advice as to what specific models and makes were best suited for me. I emailed Graham the details and he was able to provide suggestions. Bearing in mind that this was taking place during the pandemic with shortages and delays, Graham tailored his suggestions around not only the best make and model but also what was available within the time scale. Once I had met up with Graham and agreed on the items, Graham put them to one side and said that they would be available when I required them. The building work took slightly longer than planned, due to COVID issues, and I informed Graham but was assured that this was not a problem and the goods would be available when needed. When required I stopped by the shop and was able to arrange delivery for a couple of days later. All in all absolutely wonderful service that you rarely experience nowadays and the goods are great and meet my needs and look great in the new kitchen.
I’ve used Spittles for years and always had top rate service and quality goods from them. Today they went one step further - our freezer died and they went out their way to deliver a new one in an hour, fit it and take our old freezer away! First rate service and absolute legends!!! The whole team were brilliant and I would highly recommend!!
