What a great little business this is for the town . Helpful owner and staff very knowledgeable and always ready to give valued advice. Try them first before going to the giants in the trade. This place is a real little Gem let's make sure we keep it.
Came in today after timpsons refused to acknowledge they gave me a faulty key that I paid £9.00 for! My key broke in the lock and timpsons response was call a locksmith! Addlestone hardware was more than happy to try and copy the key for only £5! Amazing service!!!
I went into Addlestone Hardware store on Saturday and Simon was really helpful and got me exactly what I needed where places like Screwfix and Toolstation were frankly unhelpful and lacking knowledge. I stupidly left my glasses in the store and they looked after them and ensured they were kept safe before I got them collected. Thanks so much guys. Really appreciated
Very helpful, with affordable prices. I was missing a screw I needed to put together a monitor stand, they were quickly able to identify a suitable replacement after examing a screw I had brought in. I will not hesitate to shop here again next time I need tools or parts.
Brilliant store with lots to choose from - Staff are extremely helpful and so much better than your typical Homebase etc! Cheap keys & very convenient, Simon & Roy are amazing and will always help with any of my needs!
Love this place! Truly is an Aladdin’s cave! Nice to have a proper hardware store with staff that will truly go the extra mile to help. I had a key break in the lock and they managed to not only remove it for me but then cut a replacement key. Couldn’t ask for more, truly recommended.
Independent hardware shop with an easily agitated owner/Manager who doesn’t seem able to do more than one thing at a time without becoming upset and rude. Good enough range of products but hard to support independent local businesses when the customer service is this amateur.
Had an issue with some keys cut elsewhere. Cheaper here and better service all round as the keys actually work! Always helpful with a wide amount of knowledge on all things DIY.
