   Unfortunately we have not had a good experience with this school. I arranged to have piano lessons for my sons. Initially it was going really well and the teacher came to our home to teach lessons on a weekly basis. After a few months, the teacher had other commitments that arose and was unable to continue teaching. The teacher and I contacted Alex to see if there was any other teacher who could cover the lessons, however there was no response. Lessons then stopped and I was contacted a month later by Alex saying they had a 4 week cancellation policy and he could potentially find another teacher to cover. At that point we had found an alternative teacher. I said it was fine to give notice for the 4 week cancellation period. I expected to be reimbursed for lessons that I had paid, for which had not been delivered, in 4 weeks time. Despite several emails and phone calls I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for lessons paid for back in the summer and we are now at the end of November. Very disappointed as we had loved the idea behind the school.

   We couldn't believe how our daughter has progressed with Robyn's piano lessons. After just one term she is confidently playing songs and sight reading both the treble and bass clef. Robyn has a great teaching style and has really connected with our 6 year old. I have bass guitar lessons with Robyn and she adapted her teaching style to suit me (I am not six)! I really enjoy the lessons, she teaches in such a way it doesn't feel like a chore and I am getting the most out of my bass. The end of term concerts are a great opportunity to see how the children and adults are progressing - a lovely idea, keep it up.

   Yet another fantastic concert. So lovely to see all the kids enjoying performing. May be a bit biased as his mother but so so proud of how my son Alex relates to the little ones and gives them the confidence to get up on stage and enjoy doing their thing.    Very happy with JustPlay music school. My son joined 6 months ago and is now playing piano for pleasure. We particularly enjoy the Christmas and Easter performances as they present an invaluable opportunity for little performers- and a fun night out for the whole family.

   My 6 year old started 1:1 piano lessons in September 2022. Her teacher Alex is great and has so far guided her through the initial stages of learning to read music and she's doing really well. I would highly recommend JustPlay music school. They are friendly, approachable and get the best out of their pupils.

   My 4 year old daughter has guitar lessons with Alex H. His approach has clearly worked as she's come on leaps and bounds and performing in a few weeks. I've even taken up the guitar myself now too, taking a second lesson each week. Brilliant.
