   We bought and installed our pool last year 2023 after taking considerable advice from TWPC over the phone with Trina. She was really knowledgable and very helpful with our decision making process prior to and after our purchase. We have had a few interactions as far as “after sales” help and advice could be concerned, and it’s really nice in this day and age to deal with a company and an individual within who clearly have remembered you and treat you still as a valued customer long after your original big purchase. That’s a rare thing indeed once you’ve parted with your cash. We are thoroughly pleased with our purchase and the whole family are enjoying it too, there’s plenty of them and to watch and listen to Grandchildren having a ball is something absolutely priceless. This was our goal to achieve and this company certainly helped us to achieve it. Five stars… unhesitatingly.

   We brought and installed DIY a Urban pool from the Wooden Pool Store last year, we had a builder to help set the steels and do the hard landscaping but completed the rest ourselves.    Our pool is without doubt the best thing we have ever bought for the family. We use it everyday, the heater and filter system we bought with it is fantastic and so quiet. It looks so smart in our garden and is the talk of the neighbour hood! The wood looks amazing and is so solid. The rubber liner is soft to touch. We have had 6 people in it so far and there is still lots of room to move about in. It is a lovely height perfect for the kids and adults. I would Highley recommend these guys to buy a pool from, the transaction and information about what else we needed was amazing. Thank you guys so very much. A happy family means a happy mum!

   Overall, an excellent experience with an efficient and friendly company. Pool arrived as advised with nothing missing. Only issue was the lack of clear, sometimes ambiguous, build instructions which meant that I had to contact the company a number of times. They did their best to put things right. Recommended.
