Perfect location....rooms were excellent... If you are looking for food the hotel is a little pricey however if you come out the hotel just left of the gas station there is a small cafe/shop.... It has the most amazing Indian food already freshly made I bought 2 chicken tandoori legs and lamb curry rice and poppadom s and it cost just over £10 they also sell alcohol too....

Middling Airport Hotel at best. One restaurant closed, the other is not really a restaurant, but rather a bar that serves food. Everything is presented as high end, but falls short at every minor hurdle. A service charge added to bill, but you order at the bar and then bring things to the table yourself (what service!) Three burger options (beef, chicken or veggie) but all with the same dressing and sides. No imagination, over priced, and delusions of sophistication, but staff are dressed in t-shirts and jeans, so not quite as fancy as McDonalds where staff at least wear a collared shirt. Food came out suspiciously fast (about 4 minutes) and when I asked if this was made fresh to order i was told that it absolutely was, although the food was luke warm to the touch. When I pointed this out to the server, she had no response, and certainly didnt make any move to rectify the situation, offer to reheat or replace, and I never saw her again for the duration of the meal - she obviously recognized a satisfied customer! The rooms are a good size, and it's convenient to reach the airport - but needs a more disciplined management team to lift this hotel. And that's the trouble with a transient clientele - they don't expect to see you again, so who cares if the service is poor? And judging by the number of reviews made by people who have created new accounts, it seems like staff may be being instructed to leave reviews of themselves to lift the ratings. I can assure, not a single staff told me their name, and I have no inclination to mention any of the dozens of anonymous staff by name, and I doubt that any genuine customers would do so either. I certainly didn't see any staff chatting with customers, and unless they learn the server names by osmosis, I doubt any of the people I observed tonight would be recommending the team. And why are so many people checked in by two staff? When does that ever happen? And there is the rub - if the hotel spent all that time training staff instead of posting fake reviews, they might be able actually deliver a decent product.

Rishabh delivered an experience that was nothing short of exemplary. His comportment radiated professionalism from the moment our interaction commenced. Each inquiry I presented was met with a response both swift and meticulously articulated. He demonstrated a mastery of product knowledge that was as impressive as it was reassuring. His courtesy was not merely perfunctory but imbued with genuine attentiveness. At every juncture, He anticipated my needs with an intuition that elevated the entire exchange. His eloquence, coupled with an unerring sense of decorum, rendered the conversation remarkably pleasant. I found his problem-solving acumen to be both incisive and elegantly executed and he maintained an air of calm competence that instilled unwavering confidence. Such refinement in service is a rarity in contemporary commerce. It is without hesitation that I commend him as a paragon of consummate customer care.

the Radisson hotel and conference Centre is also called Radisson Red. Self check-in was easy enough. the room is dated but adequate. Plenty of signs of wear and tear and you can hear the planes taking off on the runway. the TV doesn’t work…. It turns itself off after about five seconds. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone but no one came. The amazing reviews are clearly from staff writing self reviews. The Uber touchscreen machine by the front desk charges way more than booking an Uber directly. on a positive note, the gym is well equipped. I stayed here using points but wouldn’t stay again.

Looks good on the surface but unfortunately not backed up with substance. It served its purpose as a stop over before our flight and a place to leave the car whilst away but its all about get them and get them out as quick as possible. Restaurant food was sub optimal and would not recommend. 1 wine and 1 beer was over £18. In the morning house keeping were knocking on the door repeatedly from 7am despite checkout being at 11am. Hope this review helps someone.

Stayed two nights prior to extensive international flights. Excellent location and lovely quiet room. Bed, bathroom and heating all very good. The gym had a great selection of equipment and the pool and Sauna were very clean and quiet, and the gym staff were exceptionally helpful. Breakfast provided excellent options but do book in advance as it is a little expensive if you decide to just turn up on the morning. Unfortunately, a few gripes - I was unable to obtain a do not disturb sign or receive answers to questions i had (despite asking at the reception desk and also using the WhatsApp number as advised by documents in the room). Also, one of the restaurants was closed in the evenings, and the multiple vending machines were empty. Sadly the shuttle to the airport was very late. UPDATE:Thanks for the reply, it would be useful to know if the points mentioned above are being looked into / actioned.

30 minute plus wait to check in. It was obvious that there were more staff available to come and assist with check in but they simply preferred to be in and out of the back office. After 30 minutes, I finally lost my temper and magically another staff member was suddenly available to man one of the empty check in desks. Worst possible beginning to a hotel stay. Otherwise, hotel was fine for the price range but they seriously need to sort out their priorities - you would have thought checking guests in quickly and smoothly would be the first priority for any hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again. I would use one the many good local Airbnb’s where you will find much more attentive hosts.

Not only the hotel is quite far from terminal 5 and it takes 45 minutes to go there with a shuttle that you have to pay, 6 pounds each, so if there are two of you, the taxi is cheaper and faster, but also the lady at the reception told us it was to take 20 minutes with the shuttle which was wrong since it was 45 minutes. In addition there is only one shuttle per hour and it was full right after the picking in our hotel, so we were lucky but I can't imagine the worries of the people behind us, having to book a taxi in emergency or to wait for the next shuttle and run the risk to miss their plane. So I would advise to stay in a hotel in West London and take a taxi from there which should take... 45 minutes and then you're not stuck in the middle of nowhere Ith only one restaurant and a limited choice of food and drinks, by the way a lot of drinks on the list were not available. Otherwise the swimming pool was very pleasant, even if there were no more towels available and no one in charge there, and in the bedrooms no one answers the phone and there were not enough cups. But overall, it is a good hotel.

Loved every bit of this hotel. Most importantly the distance to my international terminal and access to public transport. I would also like to commend the customer service staff who attended to me (Sara). Excellent service, polite and friendly. She should be commended. The buffet breakfast option, is amazing I would recommend. The staff was exceptional. The only challenge was, I couldn't not cast from my phone to the TV. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great value for money.
