Amazing facilities, so many classes to choose from, reasonably priced monthly membership!

I went to the pool yesterday (16ht of September) and it was absolutely horrendous! The water was dirty and the bottom and the sides of the pool are covered in black mould! Surely, it is not safe for people to swim in a pool full of mould?! I can't express enough how bad the mould situation is! I have cancelled my membership and won't be going back ever again!! I want to find the way to report it - so if anyone can advise, pleased do!

Nice and clean changing area, much nicer than the one in Shoreditch Old Street. Males and females together. Has many individual changing and showering rooms. Lockers require £1 coin, but will return afterwards. Dry floor. No or little smell. Showering is a bit weak. Staff is nice and helpful. Swimming pool is a bit small, shallower, narrower and shorter. Only 2 lanes for swimmers, one lane is for kids and families.

Shocking and terrible. We went to the pool and came out with an ear infection. The pool has lots of bright green slime (you need an expert to analyze it) around the corners and on the bottom of the pool. The changing rooms were fine but the pool is dangerous! It is located in the building of Chelsea Town Hall but hygiene counts for nothing. Be careful

Avoid. Not family friendly. Children have to pass a professional swim test to get into the water. They tell you that after you’ve gotten into the water. So they get you out. Worst staff attitude. Child in tears. Sobbing, lost confidence. Saturday ruined. Disgusting experience. Staff continue repeating nonsense, harassing families and are full of attitude. We’ve come to relax and enjoy our time, not take part in the olympics. Make every excuse to not issue a refund, which is illegal. We did not get our money back. No one apologised.

Variable experience: often great, but not always what expected from booking on website, with sometimes “swimming for fitness” and “diversity” competing for swimming space/safety, leading to frustration/disappointment

I love this swimming pool, it's small, quiet and not too crowded. It's possible to book online for a 50 minutes swimming session.

This gym and it’s staff I’ve met have come across as ignorant. They need training on how to treat people that don’t look “disabled”. I don’t think they realise that you don’t have to be in a wheelchair to be less or differently abled. The Disabled woman’s changing room away from the pool but near the gym has broken shower heads and broken pipe for water so it doesn’t come out properly unless you hold it in a certain way and has done for weeks and hasn’t been replaced. No body seems to do quality or risk assessment checks in disabled areas. Terrible also in the shower they should have a longer press time for the hot water for disabled users as it literally disables us from washing without assistance therefore making us feel more less abled. This gym isn’t disabled friendly even though it states as so as being “level access”. It’s not you have to use a chair lift which is a big song a dance to use and draws way too much prying eyes. You have to go up and down stairs in a stand chair lift which draws a lot of attention from others attendants. Terrible. The people working in this gym including management and better regional managers need training on how to communicate and treat those that are disabled regardless of how one “looks” to you. I cannot emphasise enough how frustrating it is to use their facilities when I need to. They need to have someone with a lived disabled experience give them pointers as they clearly don’t get it.

Front of house man was very nice, however, they are cashless so if you have notes be sure to change for coins at the shop before hand so you can use the lockers and pram storage. Free hair dryers and swimsuit dryer! Abit annoyed that I couldn't borrow a float for my 2 year old even though there was a massive crate of them not doing anything! Jasper said no!

Staff at the door and around the pool are very friendly and helpful. The staff member with the red top and blonde hair gave me very useful information that improved my swimming ability.
