“Ah! What can I say! Forrest Hill Pools, is definitely my A1 in the Better Gym branches. A breathe of fresh air! Not only are the staff lovely, but the gym itself is alway spotless! Cleaners regularly cleaning and keeping the place hygienic, customers respecting the facilities by also keeping it clean and putting equipment away. Classes are always great! Darren is a fantastic trainer, always attentive of everyone in the group and always encourages you. Caroline who is on reception always has a wonderful smile on her face when you enter and greets you warmly, just a great start to your day especially if you’re like me who will wake up at 5am get washed and dressed and drive 30-40 mins to get here, you’re drained as it is, then you step in and are welcomed by lovely staff! It’s worth your travels! I haven’t been to this branch in a while, not fault of there own just circumstantial, but I will be returning shortly as they are thus far my favourite!!! Other than going to the gym and classes I haven’t used the pool, so I can’t comment on it, but will soon. They do junior gym which is great too, my son gets to come along with me at times before our home school hours which he enjoys. I also enjoy the virtual spin class. My only wish is that there was parking facilities but unfortunately there isn’t any but one disabled parking bay. Other than this there is nothing I can say against this Better branch. Well done to all the staff in this branch for keeping up good standards that is expect from your customers. Thank you because it makes the experience a good one.”

“Fantastic splash park, well maintained. We visited over the weekend for the first time 2 weeks ago. Would definitely recommend. Even though it was very busy, the splash pool area could manage the amount of people and it didn't seem overwhelming. Free to enter. It is gated with only 1 gate open so helpful with families with multiple kids. There was a splash park supervisor with a highvis jacket. There are public toilets located within the gates which were clean. Within the gates is the splash park itself, public toilets and a small kids play area with swings.”

“Our pool is without doubt the best thing we have ever bought for the family. We use it everyday, the heater and filter system we bought with it is fantastic and so quiet. It looks so smart in our garden and is the talk of the neighbour hood! The wood looks amazing and is so solid. The rubber liner is soft to touch. We have had 6 people in it so far and there is still lots of room to move about in. It is a lovely height perfect for the kids and adults. I would Highley recommend these guys to buy a pool from, the transaction and information about what else we needed was amazing. Thank you guys so very much. A happy family means a happy mum!”

“We spent the last weekend before Christmas at Hilton London Metropole and had a wonderful stay. After raising a few issues, the Duty Manager, Mohamadou listened carefully and resolved everything, completely turning our experience around. All staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly located just a 2-minute walk from Edgeware underground station. Our room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast had great variety, and the executive lounge truly felt VIP. “I have been using this gym since I was 16 years old. I am now 24 and could not recommend it more. It is the loveliest environment with a fantastic staff who are all without fail welcoming, well-informed and professional. Whether you are starting out going to the gym for the first time or are a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this place has everything you need. The gym equipment is in excellent condition and everything is always clean. Recently the gym has invested a lot in new equipment and has expanded the gym adding in an entire room with smart exercise equipment. The 25 metre pool is a fantastic resource for swimmers; again, clean and well maintained. The sauna and steam room are a great addition too. The best part of this gym is without doubt the community. There are a lot of regulars and it is not only a great place to work out, but also to socialise. I have met some close friends here - people who I would not have met otherwise and I am very thankful for this. It is a great place overall and as a seasoned member of Chiswick New Pool I highly recommend it.”

“We stayed here as part of a package deal with the Warner Brother Harry Potter studios. The hotel was comfortable and clean. All of the staff were really friendly. Shout out to manager Charlie for organising a birthday plate for my sister. It was really kind and thoughtful. The hotel went above and beyond for us. Fantastic breakfast with lots of variety. The hair dryer in my room didn't work and the reception replaced it immediately. Every interaction we had was really promot. The only negative I would say is the rooms are a little tired. We stayed in a twin room but the friendliness of the staff and the great breakfast make up for that.”
