   This gym may be cheap at £45/month, but the conditions inside are beyond unacceptable. The moment you enter, it becomes clear that hygiene, maintenance, and basic standards have completely collapsed here. The changing rooms and gym floor feel neglected to the point of disrespect. Locker doors slam like metal hammers because nothing is maintained. Water fountains regularly malfunction and spray water onto the wall instead of into a bottle. People walk straight in from the street in dirty outdoor shoes and clothing, heading directly into the gym without changing — and the staff does absolutely nothing to stop it. There is zero enforcement of hygiene rules, because there are no rules to begin with. The toilets are genuinely hazardous. The smell is overwhelming, the urinals are often blocked, and the entire area feels like it hasn’t been properly cleaned or repaired in a very long time. It is shocking that a fitness club allows its facilities to reach this level of neglect. The environment created by the members who use this location — combined with the complete lack of management control — turns the gym into a dirty, chaotic, and unwelcoming place. Instead of supporting health, the club exposes people to filth, poor hygiene, and constant discomfort. Management urgently needs to take responsibility. Enforce hygiene standards. Educate members. Maintain the equipment. Clean the facilities properly. Restore order. A gym should not feel like a health risk. Right now, this place is the opposite of what a fitness club should be. Coach Gleb

   I've been a member at the New Chiswick Pool since the start of this year, and I have really enjoyed my time here. It's exactly what I needed, not too expensive, has lots of facilities, and classes are included in the membership as well! It's just a lot more comfortable than your average Pure Gym. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I wish the pool was available for lane swimming more often, since it's currently quite centred around schools and clubs. Staff are lovely and supportive!

   Absolutely dreadful experience. Incompetent at every level and an unbelievable, dishonest operation. I would strongly advise not to use Chiswick New Pools and definitely not to pay for any services which may be cancelled by them or similar. I paid for a weeks course of childrens swimming lessons, which were cancelled the evening before commencement date, but still not refunded 2 months later, despite calling every week and being advised by Jordan the Manager 'refund on way'. Also cancelled gym membership 4 months ago, still no refund for the incorrect months membership fee taken. Again, advised by Jordan the Manager 'refund on way'. Gym, changing rooms & loos, are all quite dirty & overall it appears to be very poorly run by an extremely incompetent team. I eventually sought legal help and have been advised to leave it with my bank & legal team to seek redress and take action against CNP accordingly. Extremely shocking and dishonest experience.

   I have been using this gym since I was 16 years old. I am now 24 and could not recommend it more. It is the loveliest environment with a fantastic staff who are all without fail welcoming, well-informed and professional. Whether you are starting out going to the gym for the first time or are a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this place has everything you need. The gym equipment is in excellent condition and everything is always clean. Recently the gym has invested a lot in new equipment and has expanded the gym adding in an entire room with smart exercise equipment. The 25 metre pool is a fantastic resource for swimmers; again, clean and well maintained. The sauna and steam room are a great addition too. The best part of this gym is without doubt the community. There are a lot of regulars and it is not only a great place to work out, but also to socialise. I have met some close friends here - people who I would not have met otherwise and I am very thankful for this. It is a great place overall and as a seasoned member of Chiswick New Pool I highly recommend it.

   The gym is good value with competitive pricing. It’s well equipped and generally kept pretty clean. The new management seems to be a bit more across maintenance issues although some machines still seem to stay broken for months without getting looked at. The hours are a bit restrictive: closes Saturday and Sunday at 6pm and 4pm bank holidays so may not be the best choice for people working a full week especially given some of the comments from other reviewers about the early shift. I started going there because my PT (the brilliant Asa McCormack) works out of there so I’m used to the set-up. The downsides are that the Wi-Fi hasn’t ever worked properly and 4g coverage is terrible so if you like to work out to music you’re stuck with the dreadful in-house playlist coming from their terrible speakers unless you remember to download your music beforehand. The sauna and steam room are nice but for some reason the pool is frequently closed for private lessons so always check it’s going to be open first. Changing area is ok for a municipal pool/gym. There’s no cafe. Some staff are friendly but others barely seem capable of engaging with the clients. There’s some free onsite parking which is a bonus but it seems to be shared with the shops across the street so spaces not always available. They have bike racks which is great.

   I ve been with this gym for 1.5 years and like it very much. In the last time things are improving even more in every aspect especially cleaness and environment. Staff is very helpful including all fitness instructors Jardel, Chloe and Andrei who helped my out to design my future fitness journey. The guy is a library of knowledge and he is very king and opened. Kindly recommended to all my buddies. Always a pleasure to train there

   Great place great staff! Been going here for about 4 years made some of my closest friends now and loving every minute of it! In terms of the staff Charlie Jardel Asa Andrei just to name a few there is more! Who have all welcomed me and kept me in good spirits and in good shape! Highly recommend the gym has everything one would need!

   Nice spot. Elliptical machines need internet connection and touch screens fixed. Sauna, steam room and pool are great. Shower doors are big and glass and smash closed very loudly. Friendly and helpful staff. Membership is well priced too.
